Customer service was subpar and my clothes came back ruined!

The whole purpose of paying extra money to have my clothes dry cleaned is to preserve the fabric of my most cherished clothes, not to have them ripped to shreds :( If I was willing to risk that I would throw them in the washer and dryer.
This dry cleaning service receives 0 stars for quality and service. They ripped an expensive dress and then said the dress was ripped priorly. If you value your clothes or any sentimental garments, do not bring them here :(

DO NOT go to this cleaner. They ruined my $2000 dress. I dropped it off for cleaning and they tore a hole in it and when I went to pick it up they told me that the hole was there already. These people are shameless liars and conmen.

A-One Cleaners has been my go-to cleaners for over a decade. They finish men's dress shirts perfectly, always fold the collars properly, not sloppily, crease the trousers properly, replace any cracked or broken buttons and greet you with a friendly smile. They are very meticulous and provide an excellent service for a very fair price.

my wife’s press order was delivered with a brown-burn stain on it, which I took to other drycleaner who told me that happens when the “press machine” is locked on a shirt left forgotten by machine worker for a while..Now my wife was forced to pay the charges and we have to throw away her expensive shirt. And this place is advertising for “all in house operations” which means they are fully responsible

The sweetest lady, cleaned 4 suit blazers and hemmed one pair of trousers for a total of $41. That may seem pricey, but boy, they cleaned really well. There was a stain that the other cleaners (one tried 2 others) couldn't get out (got this blazer from a thrift store so I don't know what kind of stain it was) but they got that part out with no extra charge. I gave her $45 and told her to keep the change but she refused it kindly. Excellent service! I'm definitely coming back. -red.

***. BEWARE **** This place DESTROYED my shirt with an unknown chemical leaving HUGE stain on it. I gave them my slightly-used shirt (of a well known brand) for Wash/Press. t reception, They checked it was in a good condition, so no notes on the receipt.. I arrived today and the owner didn't accept credit card - only cash. Just to be later told there was now a HUGE unrecoverable STAIN on the front of my shirt. I tried to be nice and asked them to at least try some "stain removal" on it, but the c.hin.ese owner started "I don't know English" games with me and started yelling. I am now advised by a legal friend that they probably charged cash to prevent documentation and legal action. Stay AWAY from this place.

My family has been going here for many years. I once hadn't come by for a couple years and they still remembered my name. They are always timely, and they do a great job while being far less expensive than most. We'll always go to A-One.

One of the best cleaners I've ever been to. The woman owner is extremely nice, remembered my last name since day one, refused to take a few cents when I said just keep the change, and best of all, my clothes are always on time, clean, pressed and perfect.
