Took my truck into 10 west diesel, was greeted upon entering by who I found out later was the owner, he was very helpful & knowledgeable about my truck and engine issues. Javier contacted me, and kept me updated with all repairs. I will go back to this shop with any future issues I have, Would recommend!

I went to a shop in Rancho Cucamonga for years to make repairs on 3 trucks I own. All diesel. One time is all it took for me to start looking for another shop. The shop failed to make a repair and wasn't straight up with me so, I found 10 West Diesel in my home town of Bloomington. Very knowledgeable, professional, quality work, and very reasonable prices. Javier is the owner. It's rare you find a shop and owner who are honest. If I could give 10 I would. Ask for Javier.

Customer service is TERRIBLE! Had my truck for over a month to replace the Gear Box. Never could get anyone on the phone when trying to check the status of my truck. Finally just went and got my truck.

My work truck got new injectors last week and I needed the trim codes added for them to work properly. DTIS Injector service suggested 10 West Diesel Service. Javier and Nancy his wife are the owners. They seem very professional and took good care of my truck. When I called last Thursday they weren't sure they could fit it in that day (I tried calling Wednesday but nobody answered so be sure to leave a message or try again later, they get busy). He fit my truck right in and was done about 30 minutes later. The charges were reasonable and the service was good. I gave him the trim code CD's that he forgot to give me back but next time I'm in that area I told him I'd come back in for them. He mostly works on diesel pick-up trucks and it's a pretty small shop but he did good work on my medium sized diesel work truck.
