Probably the worst experience my husband and I have ever had. Vicky the secretary that works in the Gridley office failed to communicate with us about our storage being broken into instead she uses oh "I left you a computer text" and used that as a reliable source of communication, no phone call, no voicemail, no text message, no email which she all has those communication resources to get a hold of us,and she never communicated. She had inaccurate dates and times, she claimed she made a police report but didn't have the name of the deputy she supposedly made a report to. I know for a fact that other people in that storage unit area were notified that there were people breaking in to the units and she failed to let us know for at least 7 days. My whole entire unit was broken into and everything was taken and or broken!! Like I said worst experience I've ever dealt with the unprofessionalism the miscommunication was awful! Horrible feeling to know that you think that your stuff is been secured at a locked down gated facility but in all reality my stuff was taken and that's an issue, and I hope this doesn't happen to anybody else and I hope that nobody feels the need to use this facility, Because your stuff isn't safe obviously there's a theft problem but at least the storage unit supervisor workers whatever you want to call them should notify you to let you know that your storage was ransacked instead they put a red lock on it and claim that they had no idea that anything was taken! Talk about feeling violated but also not even knowing about it! Also, we were told that there are security cameras when we originally put our stuff there that was a lie because when she told me there has been break-ins she said two weeks prior to that conversation she had put new security cameras in. Her original statement was a lie there was never security cameras in there. Don't go here are you been pre-warned!! Then had the audacity to try to bill us after our stuff was taken and she didn't do her job!!

Thank you so much to Vikki in the office. She was awesome to work with and was very helpful in getting our trailer into storage. This is our second year and we will continue to use them. Very professional . Thank you.

Storage with a personal touch. Convenient, secure and well priced. My only gripe, the gate is locked on Sundays. Perhaps a security keypad for future consideration?
