This is an awesome shoppe. Stop by and say hi, you'll be amazed. Remember that Big Bear is primarily a Conservative run town and this particular store's owner acts like the patriot we're all supposed act like. She questions authority. That's the job of every .. single .. patriot in the US. Get me some eye patches! 2 at least!! Arggghhh!!

This place was pretty cool especially for our wee toddler. She had a lot of fun. I liked the wooden train and other wooden toys but there’s so much to choose from, I think there’s something for everyone. It was pretty expensive per item so just a note there. The woman who helped us was very sweet.

Upon hearing that we would be riding the Pirate Ship on the lake, my daughter became quite insistent that she needed a pirate hat. Where better than a pirate-themed toy store to find one? The shopkeeper allowed me to bring in our emotional support dog, which definitely earns a star in my book! Prices are about what one would expect from a novelty toy store in a tourist town. As we checked out, I noticed that my 2 year old had snatched a lollipop and had stuffed it, wrapper and all, into her mouth. Since we had already completed our purchase, the shopkeeper called it a gift. I felt I at least owed this review, even without the freebie.

This little store has lots of cute stuff, but way too expensive… LEGO poly bags are twice the price…. Maybe because the store is in Big Bear, but I think they need better pricing deals

Our kids love this store! Great toys and treats for all ages. The woman who works behind the counter is always friendly and kind, and enthusiastic about toys.

Almost everything is overpriced and not worth it. I was trying to by a hot wheel car but for just a single one they are $8 and which they are only $1

If I could give this place minus stars I would. I came in today with me kids and bought a small $14 dollar bear which I happily bought. I walked out before my son who is 11 years old he came out to tell me the lady working there had him empty his pockets and accused him of stealing $3 fake gold!!! She had him open his hands empty his pockets and told him to get out! I’m really hoping this wasn’t a racial motivated accusation. I hate ti think this but it very much felt this way. Very sad and just strait disappointing. Never had this happen before.

I went in to purchase a wooden domino set. The representative was polite and stated they had them. Once they ringed up the item, I realized it wasn’t what I was looking for. I requested to have my money refunded and they refused.The representative called the owner and the owner refused to refund my cash. This is 2022 and should be able to receive a refund for an item not wanted or not what I requested.They have poor customer service and will cheat you.
