Bad customer service! The person who answers the phone has no phone etiquette and sounded like she didnt even wanna aswer the phone nor didn't even wanna be there at all. We ordered a dozen of flowers she gave us 6 dead roses and it looked like it's been sitting under the sun for couple of days in other words theyre not fresh. I asked the rep to just issue a refund and take the flowers back she asked me to do her job call the driver and meet up with them somewhere in other words unbelievble and terrible person and customer service rep.
