TERRIBLE! Corporate does NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! I have a YSL bag with a loose thread (which happened pretty much immediately without my own fault) and I HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO GET CORPORATE TO PAY ANY ATTENTION. Hate to say it, but Chanel WOULD NEVER let that happen. Shame shame shame on YSL. Disgusting... you used to be my favorite. 0 stars. Call me.

Me and my sister came in to look for a bag she's been looking for. No one asked to help us and when we went and asked for help from a lady who works here, she was very condescending and rude towards my sister who was just trying to see different purses that YSL had to offer before she bought one. The service was not tolerable, so my sister did not make a purchase.

Malcom was amazing! He gave my fiancé and I a warm welcome and was incredibly helpful. We had just come from buying my fiancé's wedding ring at a nearby jeweler, and Malcom celebrated our moment by offering us a glass of champagne - a gracious gesture we've never experienced before! We were particularly interested in one of their bags as a possible wedding gift for my soon-to-be bride, and Malcom thoughtfully texted me the details. This experience added to the joy of our special day. We will definitely be back and make sure to ask for Malcom! Our visit was truly memorable thanks to his exceptional service.

I was only here for 10 minutes buying something really small but in that 10 minutes Nolan was super friendly and provided great customer service! Would definitely come back here just for the service

Amazing place located in Beverly hill Sevice amazing and even offer water while we shopped. Very knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. We ended up leaving with a bag for my wife which she loved.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service at this store. Not only was I charged for one item but given a different one. When I discovered that I was overcharged, I contacted the store regarding the overcharge, I was informed that their prices differ from those listed online. I ended up paying $125 plus tax for a ceramic coffee mug in-store, while it was priced at $95 online. I returned the in-store purchase and kept the one I ordered online. Horrible experience overall because SA are so rude, soI have decided to never return to this store again. Online shopping is so much better.

Visited April 7th for a quick purchase. I came in very cheery, and told the associate I'm just here to grab some lighters for a friend. The interaction was brief. I could tell he wasn't happy assisting me with these lighters. When he went to ring me up, he didn't ask me for my name or account. He didn't show me the product I was purchasing. When I got home, I noticed that the lighters I got were in horrible condition, and they did not look like new stock. The lighters on display were in better condition than the ones I was given. And because he didn't ask for any information from me, I of course didn't get a receipt, nor an emailed copy. Awful customer service, awful product. This is a joke.

Horrible service. I got charged for one item and handed another. I also got overcharged. When I called to regarding overcharge, I was told the store has different prices compare to the online. I got a ceramic coffee mug from the store for $125 plus tax where as online it was $95. Returned the one I purchased I store and kept the one I ordered online. Never going back again.

YSL being one of my favorite designers had a cool ceramic leopard print mug on their website which is now currently on preorder. Therefore, I searched "find in store" I was in luck to know that YSL Beverly Hills had the item. I called two days ago and spoke with sales associate Daniel who stated he'd take my information and send me a payment link by the end of the day. I never heard back even after I text to follow up. Today, I called and spoke to another sales associate who said they'd assist me too and never heard back. I guess because the item only cost $135 with tax it wasn't worth the sale to them. I do not recommend shopping at YSL Beverly Hills location 469 N Rodeo Drive. Customer service is so important to me. I rather shop at the San Diego, Costa Mesa, and Las Vegas locations. Also, Nordstrom or Neiman Marcus.

High fashion brand store on Rodeo. Came here on a weekend in the afternoon and there was no wait. Maggie helped us, and she was awesome - very eager to help and efficient in bringing out options from both storage to find the right bag for a present. She helped gift wrap the bag as well. Metered street parking. They offered water, espresso, as well as champagne. They had Yves St Laurent branded stevia and sugar packets, which I thought was super cute. Credit/debit cards accepted and they bring the card reader to you. You will need to create an account in order to be able to bring in the bag for any repairs during the 2-year warranty.

Daniel Bamdad was truly helpful & amazing. He showed a customer service that everyone would expect to experience at such stores. He was very passionate and made sure we feel comfortable and happy throughout the entire time. Definitely recommend him and will ask for his assistance in the future.
