I'm posting this to help other disabled people avoid ableist and psychologically abusive people. Avoid Francisco and Keegan (two guys having an extra martial affair); Jorge at the front desk; the guy with curly hair light eyes and clear framed glasses also at the front desk; the red head trainer with tattoos; the bobbed brunette girl trainer with an athletic build; the short stocky brunette girl trainer with yellow highlights; the pale brunette male with curly balding hair that's below average height; and Roya, Erica, Jenn, and Niksa the bullies ring leader. All of these individuals, on varying degrees, bullied me, an autistic woman. Staff and management knew I was autistic and continued to harass me. Sick, sad, and weird. Why would I be intimidated by you? 10+ of you had to rally together to "humble" me and it still didn't work. I'm still succeeding in rooms you'll never enter, at half your age. Go be miserable in your parents basement, I don't care that you hate me. I feel sorry for you. I gave you all grace for over a year by ignoring the incessant negativity and you all never changed and never will. I emailed corporate 4 times and personally asked them to leave me alone numerous times. If you are autistic, steer clear of these horrible, immature, unintelligent people.

I really like this Equinox location it's probably the youngest crowd you will get. Go Monday through Thursday when it is usually empty

This Equinox is probably the best one I've been too! The street is busy so there's very little parking always. But they have underground parking that you can use for 2hrs. The staff is so friendly always and the amenities are amazing! I love the lockers downstairs and locker room in general. They have everything you need with a surplus of towels, razors, shaving cream, qtips, hair products, and hair dryers so you're ready to go out or back to work after your workout. The eucalyptus towels are also a great touch after your workout. Also love that there's always machines available when i come in and i never have to wait for one. Prices are reasonable when you see all the amenities that are available to you.

I pay almost 300 bucks a month. Honestly, there is nothing special about this gym at all. It is super crowded between 5 to 7 especially on Mondays. Parking is a nightmare. If you want to come to a place where you have to wait endlessly to be able to get your car out, and then fight for a machine from a teenager who is sitting on the machine while he's checking his TikTok, or then having to walk through circles of teenagers and college kids, who are just standing there aimlessly, doing anything but working out then come here. It feels like I'm working out a 24 hour fitness for LA fitness or YMCA. However, I'm paying top top dollar for it. The only reason I come here because it is located across the street from my work and my other options are half an hour away. I wish there was a la fitness or 24 hour fitness closer. Shittiest gym. It took me 20 minutes to leave the parking garage yesterday because the gate was broken. Today took 20 min to find a parkkng spot. For $300 a month, its not worth it. And the customer service SUCKS HARD. They treat you like shit.

Equinox is a nice and clean gym and the locker rooms are typically neat and tidy. The classes and instructors are great. However, sometimes the classes are overcrowded despite the online class signup portal which should prevent that issue. High marks for the above mentioned areas. The customer service is barely 1 star. I would give no stars if possible. I was overcharged for a spa service that was different than what I received. I pointed out the error weeks ago and I still haven’t been properly refunded. Furthermore, I went in for another service and was incorrectly charged yet again. They have yet to correct that as well.I’ve spent hours of my time on the phone or writing emails which in my opinion is unacceptable for a very high membership fee gym. Do better Equinox.

One of my favorite Equinoxes ?The sound meditation class with Axel is just life changing, highly recommend. I really love the Barre class and the gym itself is great, just like any other Equinox: clean, nice, good energy and atmosphere. Everything else is also perfect except for the fact that they don’t have the Juice Bar there so I can’t get smoothies but it’s okay I forgive them ?I actually really enjoy spending my time there. 10/10 ☺️

Biceps growing as I workout my back muscles. I went here initially for a Vinyasa Yoga class with a seasoned teacher. I have found that Equinox usually has really top teachers, who have really amassed a great amount of knowledge and experience -- not a lot of newbie teachers who are still figuring things out -- you get the very best teachers out here. This class that I took was absolutely packed; I had to squeeze in between a couple of people to get a spot for my mat. It was really fun, and surprising in many ways. After that, I lifted weights, since I was already there, and the parking validation is for 2 hours. Showered there as well. It's 2 levels, so lots of equipment. The other members are really friendly, and I struck up a brief conversation with someone. Very nice place. I recommend it.

Equinox is highly regarded for its convenient location in the same building complex as WME, offering 2 hours of complimentary parking. The gym has ample and high-quality training equipment and cardio machines. Despite being busy at times, it does not feel crowded or stuffy. The gym is less busy during early mornings (5-6:30 am) and in the afternoon (around 3-4 pm). The locker room is clean and well-maintained, with individual lockers and stocked towels. Additionally, they provide eucalyptus towels and have a steam room for relaxation. If you're looking for a personal trainer, Caitlin comes highly recommended. Equinox Beverly Hills offers a comfortable and motivating environment with excellent equipment and lighting!! Would come back foso

They will charge your money for a whole year, if you come to pay for one month. Dislike.

November, 2023. There are STILL far too many "kids" at this gym, and the peak times (5-8 PM) are getting even busier. Equinox used to limit the number of members at each club in order to ensure a good experience...i.e., the gym not being too crowded. Apparently, that's not happening. Equinox management should stop selling memberships, or sell memberships for use at non-peak times. The gym is just too crowded at least 4 evening per week. And the "kids" are rude/entitled as they hog the most popular machines. No longer enjoyable.

Just moved to L.A. and joined this gym. It is outrageously expensive and it's gross. No one wipes the machines after they are finished and they leave their weights stacked on and walk away. No gym etiquette and no one on the floor to teach it or clean up after it. The machines are old and the lower level is even older. You pay for fine dining and get Burger King. It's a no for me. I will say that the person who signed me was adorable and sweet as can be. The only positive.

If you are a gay man or belong to any group that could be discriminated against, seriously do not go to this club, and do not support Equinox. It is not safe for us. Over the past few days I have suffered criminal discrimination against me as a result of a false narrative created by other members that are homophobic. First the general manager Don, then the regional manager John, put on false airs of being sympathetic, then did not believe or listen to anything I said. Furthermore, my visual impairment that requires the use of glasses, was categorized in a negative manner; everyone at Equinox should be ashamed that this was allowed to transpire. After I was assaulted with disturbing, baseless, and inappropriate questions, I was then told that my membership was cancelled, with no recourse or consideration - after having billed me for the month, of course. Gay men: Seriously, don't go here. Who knows the depth to which the site leadership and executives at Equinox will sink while furthering homophobia.

Gym is old and run down , not enough space , no sauna , no parking close by , staff needs to be more helpful, executive lounge don’t have showers or even sinks , overall worst location I have been to .
