I have been going to Beverly Hills Mailbox for a few years and I have to say it has been very fulfilling and positive. First, the management is always looking to provide the best possible customer service. They always greet me and my husband with a nice smile no matter how busy they are. I have found them to be very helpful and solution oriented to any question or inquiry. They are ideally located in the heart of Beverly Hills and have the BEST hours of operation for the their customers each day of the week. The facility is very clean and well-maintained. No dust or dirt like other places around. The most professional staff and great managers.We are looking forward to working with them for years to come.

The best mailbox! In the new world with a lot of shipping needs, Beverly Hills mailbox has been my savior! I go there for all forms of shipping with USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. they're always so kind and I've never had any issues with my packages! Highly recommend. So glad they're in my neighborhood!

Whenever I come out here to visit and I need to send something home I always stop by here! It's worth it to come here just for the friendly service and the easygoing atmosphere. I will gladly go out of my way for that rather than feel uncomfortable and rushed someplace else. All the other reviews on here say it best. I'm glad I found BHM when I did!

I order everything online and returns used to be the worst thing ever until I started coming to BHM. The two people who work at the front are so sweet and helpful!!! They take all mail (fedex ups usps etc...) LOVE THEM!!

I love this place! I come here all the time because they take UPS, FedEx, USPS and everything in between. The staff is so friendly and helpful and there's always metered parking out front. Definitely my go to place!
