“I needed to rent a storage unit & Public Storage was conveniently located close to my house, no waiting list, rented the unit on-line & they leave a lock for you inside the unit, yes you pay for it, not sure how much they charge for their lock, that can only be used at a Public Storage.. The unit was nice size & clean, you have access from 6am - 9pm everyday oh and the units have lights that come on when you roll up the door! And restrooms. My only complaint was scheduling my move out, and nobody being in the office the day I moved out. 10x15 $425...”
“Update: Second time here to rent a unit! The team here is so impressive. They came to greet me while I was on my phone outside, and immediately got to work on what I needed. They were super helpful with providing options and walked me around the facility to show me how I could make it work. No surprise, they were busy painting, cleaning and updating their units to keep things in top condition. Signing up was also quick and easy! Such an impressive team! “Been here at their new facility about 3 times. This is one of those places one can actually enjoy delivering to. Got here the night before, parked and enjoyed a nice quiet night. Woke up about 5am. At 6:45, the dock foreman came out and told me to back in. Was done in an hour, went inside and got my bills and spoke with the pleasant lady in the receiving office for a few minutes then left. Just a wonderful place to deliver to!”

“SUPER CONSCIENTIOUS employees and management!!! Recommended by a good friend (who was a self storage resident manager elsewhere in Antioch). My mom was moving so Cary S. recommended Bridgehead, saying that the businesses know each other and know who is more reliable and has an employee there all the time. The place is alarmed; if your unit is opened without the keypad entry, staff comes out right away to check your unit. Mom had 3 units at once (different sizes), then consolidated down to 1 unit. We always dealt with employee Minnie who is friendly, patient, thorough, and efficient; that's what we all want in customer service. Minnie always recognized me and my mom. 7 days a week and the hours are good; a friend in Livermore complained that a place near him wasn't open on Sundays, which made me realize that other businesses can be quite a bit worse. The price was reasonable throughout our 12 years, and we felt at peace, knowing that our items were safe and never had water damage. It served my mom well. I know, 12 years is a long time, but that's what it took for my mom and now we cleared out our storage unit. (Google is giving me an error for uploading photos, but I'll try again later.)”

“This place is great for anyone in the Bay Area with a trailer. I had my trailer here for at least 3 years. I never had any issues, the staff always did their best to accommodate my requests (including getting access when I need to get my rig out early or when I was running late) and security was never an issue. The location was great to avoid Bay Area traffic and get to any major freeway. You also can't find better monthly rates!”

“No amount of money could make me.aay anything bad about this place.As a Realtor I have been sending my clients here for close to 20 years and have on occasion used their facilities a few times myself.In all these 20 years not once have I ever ever ever had bad customer service or not been helped. From buying boxes to moving storage units due to making a bad decision over which one I wanted to helping my elderly or their families get settled in. No bad service EVER.If you need boxes or packing supplies they have it all and are as happy to sell you one as they are to selling you 100! They even help carry things to your car for you.The units are available to access 365 days a year which is a real bonus when the holidays ro around and I've never not felt safe here. The office does limit their hours of operation but not by much.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM”
