Ron at Mancini’s in Berkeley warmly greeted us as soon as we came in. He help us do a quick and informative assessment, then showed us to different options that fit our sleep needs within our budget. He showed us around the showroom and also gave us alone time to discuss and decide. His professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge of the products and sleep health really helped us find the perfect mattress for us. We would’ve been lost without him. I highly recommend you go see Ron if you’re in need of a new mattress. A+ service!!!!

I had bought a mattress and box spring here a couple years ago and decided to call and see if they had a twin box spring. Jerry went to check for me immediately. We went the same day to pick it up and were warmly greeted and taken care of. The box spring itself looks great and it is always better when the service is as kind as they are here. Definitely recommend.

I can't say enough good things about Jerry and Ron. Seriously, those guys are rock stars! From the moment we stepped into the store, they greeted us and made sure we were taken care of.
They were incredibly patient with us, which was a blessing considering how indecisive my partner and I can be. We must have visited the store a handful of times before finally settling on the perfect mattress. And even then, they were happy to accommodate us when we decided to exchange it for something a bit firmer.
What really stood out was how they genuinely cared about finding us the right mattress within our budget. It wasn't about upselling us on the most expensive option; it was about making sure we got a good night's sleep without breaking the bank.
Glad we got to work with them both. Highly recommend.
