In fact she directed me to another site that would cost money to get info. on CD's. What is this? I'm going to Bank of the West t. You can't even get anyone on the phone in Benicia to ask a few general questions before making an appointment. I'm 80. I need a bank that at least answers the phone. Even Wells Fargo in Benicia answers the phone. No thanks Bank of America. Harold.”
