The pharmacy area is soooooo slow, why do they send a text that my meds are ready, I show up and it’s not ready…always the same issue here, every darn month ! I shouldn’t spend 30+ minutes here to pick up meds that I’ve been informed are ready. Hire more competent people pleaseeee!

Had to come here 6 times for the pharmacy and they always have an issue. They don’t have it, it’ll be here tmrw, or we only have have some of the amount. Go to another location and save yourself some trouble!

If they had a zero stars I would leave it. Worst customer service I have ever received. So, I walk in to do a Fed Ex Return right now and the girl behind the counter doesn't say hello, can I help you, NOTHING. So I sit there and I wait. She finally comes back around after passing by me 3 times with NO ONE in the store, and says "Are you returning?"(In my head) ...... I am standing here with two boxes in my hand with a fake smile on my face waiting for you while you were doing NOTHING important. I say" Yes." She flips the boxes on all sides and says I need a return label. I say NO I DONT it says right here on my phone that I do NOT . All I have to do is bring the boxes in and have you guys scan the QR code. She was about to argue with me when ANOTHER rude girl walks up and says to the first girl, she has to log into something first then it will print the label. So only 1 label prints. I have two boxes that came together. So they proceed to tell me I need to go buy or find another box that the other 2 boxes can fit in. I am like really????? I say" well, why cant you guys just TAPE the boxes together? they are small and lightweight." She says there is NOTHING we can do. I say " I have some duct tape in the back of my car. LET ME go get it which I am SURE you have some right behind your counter as this IS A FRIGGN FED EX handling facility!!" BUT LET ME...... I came back in, taped the boxes together and left. BOTH of those girls need a training in customer service. I hope I don't ever have to go back there. I would rather drive 10 miles away than to go back to this location.

This pharmacy sucks. Be prepared to wait at least 20 mins in line. I called ahead to get the prescription filled ahead of time. Now they are telling me I have to wait. This is ridiculous. This is the last time I walk into this location.

Came to pick up documents an hour after they said it would be ready and still had to wait. The employee with red hair lacked customer service skills.

PHARMACY: This has been mine and my family's pharmacy my whole life and customer service has taken a steep decline. The pharmacy stopped being 24 hours a while back and now limited with a lunch break from 130-2pm. I get most frustrated that I have such a long wait in drive-thru and phone calls.

Good customer service would recommend I came in for copies employees were very helpful on making sure I was able to get my copies I needed Jose and Oscar were the ones who helped me

I have been to this Walgreens twice and so far it meets my needs. The people at the pharmacy are very nice and they really help you. I come here to have my prescriptions filled and pick it up. It's very large store and everytime that I come here it's always clean and neat.

This location does not prep for their schedule Covid testing appointments. Other locations have everything ready so that when you go through the line you can go through quickly. I sat at the window for almost 20 minutes while they prepped and asked for repeated information that was on my appointment forms. Will not go back to this location for Covid testing. Step up your game because your other stores are making you look like you don't care at all.

Avoid this pharmacy for vaccinations if possible. You will be left waiting, and waiting, and waiting. More than an hour here, just sitting. What is the point of making an appointment? Walk-ins run faster than this. At the moment of typing this, there is literally nobody in line waiting. Not in the drive through. Not in the seats. Clear. Your. Schedule.

This review is only based on the pharmacy, it's never been this bad before, if you go inside it takes over 45 minutes to actually get your medication and about 30 min to an hour or more in the drive‐thru and after all that, an attitude from the pharmacy tech, she gave me my son's medication and was rushing me away but I was trying yo pick up my own prescription. She found the medication but refused to give it to me because she needed approval from the pharmacist, I had already given her my Driver's license and I told her I didn't need anyone to explain to me how to take it. Then she throws my medication on the dispenser but doesn't say anything. Just keeps looking at the computer, so I wait another five minutes, then she tells me to take them, the pharmacist confirmed. I'm not sure what happened there but I've also been having issues with Walgreens not having my son's medication, they are always running out and it takes them a week to two weeks to bring some more out.

The girl with the orange hair was rude. The young man at the register was polite didn't get his name. I asked him if he could open the restroom door for me and he said it would be a while i didnt mind. I saw this girl walking over and I politely asked her if she would please open the restroom for me. She answered that's what I'm doing. Doesnt seem to like her Job.

KASEY PHARMACIST VERY INSENSITIVE SHOULDN'T BE WORKING WITH PEOPLE THAT HAVE ANY MEDICAL CONDITION THAT NEEDS MEDICATION SHE WAS VERY RUDE NASTY ROLLING OF THE EYES LOOK AT YOU THEN TURN AWAY LIKE I'M NOT A PATIENT I'M NOT A CUSTOMER IT'S JUST LIKE SHE DIDN'T EVEN CARE YOU KNOW MY SITUATION AND DIDN'T EVEN PUT ANY EFFORT TO CALL THE DOCTOR BEFORE THEY CLOSE TO FIX MY MEDICATION I'M SORRY FIX MY PRESCRIPTION I WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD I DO WORK IN A PHARMACY BUT THIS WAS REALLY BAD FOR ME I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE AND I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THAT WALGREEN EVER AGAIN IF IT WASN'T FOR IT BEING AT NIGHT AND I DIDN'T WANT TO DRIVE 20 MINUTES 30 MINUTES BACK TO MY JOB TO PICK UP A PRESCRIPTION I WOULD NOT HAVE WENT THERE
