Long time customer, all the employees in the Bellflower Branch on Bellflower Blvd and Alondra Blvd are rude, Males and Females I'm actually glad they're closing that Branch. Love US Bank but not the employees at this branch. On the other hand I always get AAA customer service on the phone.

I come there at 9:30AM today to resolve the problem with my deposits. The bank teller tried to direct me to call the customer service online to remove the hold. I told him I called them yesterday and told me to come in store to resolve the problem. I then asked him to call the online to make sure they can do it. I also called the online customer service at the same time and they told me only branch manager could resolve it. I come back to the teller and he said nothing can be done. He kept telling branch manager will not be here today until I kept asking questions and a lady came up saying branch manager will come in after 12pm today and would give me a call. Overall I think this is very unprofessional when you send your client in circle without being able to resolve the problem. Also, the distance between windows is too close and you can hear other people talking next to you. Please improve your service.

I called asking about a check I wanted to cash and I told them it was from my mother that passed away and the girl thought it was under her name and ask for a death certificate and id so I told her thank you then and hung up but then I called again and told her that the check was under my name and she rudely told me just go to your bank and cash it there so I called back to talk to the branch manager ( George) about what happened and he was so rude and sounded like wanted to shut me up and all I have to say I won't ever come here again staff and management are so rude and don't care about customers whack a** location

Aja the assistant manager I apologize to her but I have to take care of my dad and protect him but I need to thank Aja for going above and beyond and handling my dads issue and assisting him so promptly! She made his and my day and re assured me to stay with US Bank for all my banking needs as I myself have had them for 13 years or more! Thank you Aja!

I can't relate to any of the 1 star comments. I have been using this branch exclusively, in person and on-line, from the first day they opened their doors. I'm on my way there now, as soon as I finish this post. They are the best of any bank or branch I've ever used in the past 48 years. They are second to none! DJO

This branch and as far as my experience this bank in general is a very unprofessional institution. This branch was very, very slow with the line and had only one teller while the manager just held the counter up and watched her without a care in the world for the people in the lines time. Spent over 30 min in line just to have the Super Rude teller make a "judgement call" and not cash the cashiers check I had that was From US Bank. I had proper ID but she said she did not have glasses and could not see if it was me, very odd and again unprofessional. I asked for a supervisor and she said "NO" He was busy but he was sitting there doing nothing.

Very slow, rude and unprofessional branch the girl that tried to help me said she couldn't Place me by my ID and that she could not cash my check and insisted she was a supervisor and refuse for me to talk to a supervisor avoid this Branch if you can. The corporate office should step up and retrain this individual and also talk to the manager since I waited over 30 minutes in line and he just watched one teller help every customer, he didn't lift a finger to try to help anyone

This is the worst branch of all management sucks and they closed my account because i put more then one complaints. Didn't even send disclosures or anything, very disappointed in the way they handle their customers. I dont recommended this bank at all!!!

Your bank sucks. I came there today to cash a check from one of your customers and when I tried you guys wanted to charge this $7.00 fee which is horrible. I just came from Citibank and they don't charge this. I would never bank there EVER!!!!

Poor customer service and are very ride to their elderly customers missing items in safety deposit boxes and incompetence at an astounding level within the branch i would double think your decision before joining

Terrible customer service. I went in to open an account and the manager said I will be right with you. 20 minutes later I was still standing there while he sat at his desk and sometimes helped the worker next to him. Yet, he never said another word to me as I stood there. I guess since I don't speak spanish I wasn't a priority
