These guys are the best. Perry and Moe have sold me seven cars over the last four years. Everyone of them a diamond… I would recommend them to my mother even…! Forget about go see Cal… Go see Perry instead.???

I went in because I was interested in one of their vehicles. The guy brought the key and I really liked the interior and the sound of the engine. (I was almost ready to sign documents right there and then).Then he insisted on me leaving more than half of what the car cost as a down payment. I said no and he insinuated I should come back with the money. I requested a carfax and he said to get it on my own. I left really liking the car but I didn't go back.

I had purchased a used vehicle from Universal Auto Care a few months ago and finally decided it was time to write a review. The employees were flexible on price as well as setting up a payment structure that worked with me with a great rate, despite the fact I did not have a credit score. I had a minor issue with the vehicle and they were more than happy to fix it within their 30 day warranty period, free of charge.Overall I had a great experience and will be using them in the future as well as suggesting my friends to purchase a quality used vehicle here!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went to buy a car, seller old guy with glasses(have no bage didnt tell his name too) acting shady he unlock it and when i was looking car around he lock it when i try open door and say that key is not here and i need to call them tomorrow very dissapointing cause i went to buy it right now from over 20 miles away, start told me higher price, cash only, that car is very expensive on maintence so on my mind its really shady place looks like junk yard (on google maps they positioned as repair shop not dealer) and they refuse customers who knows about cars something so be aware

Horrible business practices here from owner on down the ladder. Unreliable in every way possible, I hate to imagine actually doing business with them and getting stuck with a car as horrendous as their company practices. One day they say one thing and then switch it up without notice. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

I had seen several ads on Craigslist, Autotrader, etc for vehicles from this dealership. The one that caught my attention was a minivan for my family. I contacted the dealership via phone 4 times during the week to make sure the vehicle was available for purchase and finance. The dealership had communicated back that it is available and that they would work with me for financing. Ok cool. Every contact I had with the dealership I stated that I would be traveling from San Francisco to Bellflower to make the purchase. Ok cool. The day before making the trip with my entire family, I call the dealership one more time to again notify them that I am traveling a great distance and two make sure the vehicle is still available for purchase and financing. It is. Ok cool. So, I basically set an appointment for between opening and 2pm to fill out the paperwork for the purchase. My family and I are on our way, a few miles from the grapevine we call around opening to give our eta. And these rude inconsiderate people tell me they are only selling vehicles for cash purchases. Ok. Why didn't they have the courtesy to tell me this yesterday when I confirmed arrangements and appointment to finance the vehicle. Mind you I called throughout the week to arrange the purchase. They are far from professional. Don't bother purchasing a vehicle from this place. Spend your money elsewhere.

8-7-21 Review Been shopping for a suburban for the past 2 weeks, this dealership advertised a Yukon XL (GMC suburban), good pics, posted all specs, NO MENTION OR PICTURES of complete wreck on the driver side. I called on 2 separate days to verify its availability (I live 20miles out and only have time on the weekends)...their ad (and according to some of their Google reviews) was misleading, and a complete WASTE of gas and time.

Looked at a 2007 Toyota Sequoia that was advertised in good condition. Up close the vehicle needed a paint job, had plenty of scratches and was in bad condition. They need to detail a vehicle before trying to sell it for top dollar. Poor customer service.

So far, every phone number from Car Gurus to Google, which are both different numbers....all go to a fax line. I sent a message, but haven't heard from anyone, and according to all listings, they're open today, a Sunday.

Bought a used vehicle from this establishment and it turned out the repairs for the vehicle exceed way past the amount I even paid for the vehicle in the first place. Would not recommend!
