I deposited six checks with my mom name on it. They sent back 5 checks. I try calling and talking with everyone at the bank. No one could help me get my 6th Check back. I deleted my account and never going with them again.

Bank close on Saturdays, ATM out side not enough to get the money you need at the moment.

worst bank ever in the past 2 months they have robbed me off $1000 after being with them for 2 years they have held my payments for over a week and then told me i couldn't receive my funds because it was in the system when it obviously did not reflect in the system.do not recommend . highly unreliable

Customer service was the worst experience and by the assistant manager of all people union bank need shut this branch down , if a staff off on personal affairs/ leave , no one handles their work load, wow

They helped me out greatly yesterday. I went in and came right out!!! I was the only one in the bank at the time; It was like 5 minutes to 6:00 p.m.

Went here yesterday, after reading the reviews on here how ever, I did not have a bad experience.Sandra helped me out, she was very Professional and very polite. I walked out feeling good about trusting this bank, I truly felt like I was looked at as a person and not just another account and another dollar. Thank you very much union bank for this excellent experience.

Very disappointed. Took the whole day off from work & went in for my 3pm apoint. to open up a business checking acct. & credit card. 1 hr. wasn't enough to do both, the bank closed and I left without a checking acct. or a credit card. I lost a whole days worth of work to come do this. What a waste of a bank

I dropped by the Bellflower location, to simply pick up a temporary check from my account, in order to make an urgent tax payment, the lady mentioned that this service is not offered anymore. I have never heard of a bank not issuing a temporary check to accommodate customers in such urgent situations. Service has been slipping at Union Bank, seriously thinking about taking my business elsewhere !!

I started my business almost 20 years ago and set up my business accounts through Union Bank. Although this location isn't my home branch I have used it ever since it was built because of the close proximity to my business. I have made hundreds if not thousands of deposits at this branch over the years. I personally walked each deposit into the branch in an effort to build a rapport with the bank staff. I enjoyed the customer service and pleasant conversations with each employee. Historically, I had never experienced poor customer service. In fact, the service had always has been above average and what I had come to expect of a financial institution. Unfortunately, I have recently seen a change in the same friendly, helpful, reliable customer service at the branch. It should be noted my review is based on my last several visits and not one specific incident. Union Bank, as well as other financial institutions, need to be reminded they have a responsibility to pay due regard to the interests of its customers and treat them fairly. Banks must consider the information needs of its clients and communicate information to them in a way which is clear, fair and not misleading. Unfortunately, after a recent visit, I was unable to resolve a matter regarding a rather large deposit (even after speaking to the branch manager). Additionally, I have found it increasingly more difficult to find answers to my questions regarding issues with my account, fees, rates, and services because of what I would consider to be a poor and dated automated banking system.I have been a very loyal customer to Union Bank but unfortunately, I believe the time has come to seek out a financial institution that values and caters to the needs to their members. An institution with more transparency, choice, and a heavy emphasis on customer experience across all channels, from contact with tellers to the web, mobile applications, e-mail, and social platforms.

The representative who helped me “joy “ I felt could've of been a little better . I didn't feel satisfied or felt like she one bit cared about helping me out , rather then her just doing “her job†. I'll try a new branch next time .

I have been a member with my bank since 2005 . I joined this organization at the Norwalk location and have and currently receive great customer service, but I went to the bellflower location one day after getting off of work to deposit some funds into my account because it was on my way home and the tellers customer service was the worst I've ever witnessed in my years of being a member. So since then I just go to the Norwalk branch where I know that I will receive great service
