I stupidly broke my phone and was at a complete loss, had lil money and needed a phone bad. Jose was a huge help, he helped me get a phone without it wiping me out $$. Then when I got home it was like setting up a whole new phone and I was completely stupid to it and was getting irritated again. I came back up and Jose was again nice enough to walk me through it, and I can't thank him enough. I hope you guys hire more people like this gentleman.

Very help full.My son forgot his phone there. So when i went back a week later to pick up my new phone i asked if they had found a phone and sure thing they had it . they just verified it was my son's phone by a picture of him and they gave it back to us.. ?

Hello everyone yesterday I noticed on my bill that I have with Metro they went up an extra $31 so then I spoke with my husband and today we call to find out why our bill is an extra $31 and the person I spoke with was from the Philippines so i ask what happens too our bill didn't go up an extra $31 it actually went up $20 I asked him to explain why would we pay an extra $20 he tells me they system had to default and I have to pay the extra $20 and after I pay that then I can go back to my original payment so I laughed and I'm thinking maybe Metro should have operators in the United States dealing with people who lives in the United States and not in the Philippines things that make u think about what kind of world we live in today???

I LOVE ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES IN THIS STORE! EVERYONE IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE I MATTER. I ALSO RECEIVED FREE WATER AND CHIPS. EVERY TIME I PAY MY BILL I GET A STAMP AND WHEN I GET 6 STAMPS I GET $10 OFF ANY ACCESSORY. THANK YOU METRO BY BELL FLOWER AND RAMONA! XD

The service from one of the girls in this store was extremely unprofessional.
