Ordered a FEAR record in October 2023.
They have been rude and dismissive of my attempts to ask if my record has been shipped. Just filed a complaint with the BBB in Los Angeles.
Lee Ving would not approve of this B.S.

After not being satisfied with the quality of my order I tried to get a return label, after a week of no response they finally got back and said they'd send one over. It's been over a month and after multiple emails no ones responded and i've given up. Not worth it.

Please take my word. Do not order from this company. It will take one million years to ship. In my case.. I simply gave up. I still never received my order. I’m amazed they’re still a functional business. Oh should I contact customer service?? lol Yeah good luck with that. I thought y’all were the legit real ones too. What a disgusting disappointment. SCAM ALERT. Thanks for taking my money Atom Age Incorporated. I hope y’all spend it well. I’ve literally never felt so played by a company in my life, but y’all were able to fool me so shame on me I guess.

took a little over a year and one month for a single poster to come in. i bought the package protection but the poster still came a little bit torn on the edges. it was also supposed to be hand numbered but that's nowhere to be found. according to other reviews though i was very lucky to even receive my order, a bummer since they do have some really cool stuff on the website.

I've seen some negative reviews on Atom Age, but because I liked the collections they offered I decided to roll the dice. And I'm glad I did. I ordered two shirts from their Leiji Matsumoto collection, which was almost entirely sold out. Their shirts are roomy, and printed on a soft yet tough 100% cotton base. Their collections sell out quick, so if you only have an option for a shirt one size up from what you normally wear, I recommend buying it and then shrinking it in the dryer. I've had success doing that with other shirts and will be doing it to one that I ordered through Atom. After I placed my order, I was sent an email about the shipping process and to expect a minimum of 2 weeks before I received my order. To make up for the delayed shipping, there was a promise of either a free gift or coupon. It took about two and a half weeks to receive my order, and as promised I received an additional item. Because I ordered from their Matsumoto collection, they added a Captain Harlock enamel pin with my order. Quality takes time, and I look forward to ordering from Atom Age again. I hope they restock their collections!

Still owes me several unfulfilled items . Gave me undersized glasses ! This business rips people off. They owe me over $200.00 of merchandise. I will be contacting the better business burrow next it's going on two years. They ignored all my emails! Don't respond to emails and are really disorganized! Must be on drugs! Atom Industries sucks!

Feb 28th 2023 and still no update from Atom Age about my order.No one was rooting against them, it's disappointing for them to be so disrespectfult to their invaluable customers cause they're supposed to be a cool company, a company you would talk about and want to do biz with.I can't understand the lack of effort on their part to communicate.I do wish they would hurry with people's orders, though.In 3 months, it will be a year from when I placed mine.I don't even see the items I ordered for sale on their website anymore, the CDs are there but the shirt is gone, like it never existed and no updates about it, creepy.I don't know what it is they're so busy doing that they can't update the website or respond to emails or even the BBB, but isn't making t shirts, I can tell you that.Maybe folks didnt know they can file a complaint with the BBB, but they can and should

What an absolute joke of a company..No one EVER answers the phone..Takes weeks for them to respond to a simple email question..Rude and abnoxious staff with nothing but attitude..Takes pre-orders more than 6 months out so you have no way to complain if you don't receive your items and you WILL LOSE your money as they DO NOT care at all about their customers..How this company is still in business is absolutely mind boggling..Hope the bands that are with them smarten up..GARBAGE COMPANY..STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE..I wish there was an option to give ZERO stars

In January of 2021, I ordered a Fear record from them with the expectation that it was going to be 6 months until I got it. On December 29, 2022, they stated "LFTR test pressings have arrived! We expect final product in 3-4 weeks. Thanks for your patience (except you a******s who talk s**t on social media). Those of you who kept your composure will be getting a free gift with your LP's." on Facebook. I replied that if they were more transparent with the delays, that perhaps there would be a lot less complaints. Instead of accepting constrictive criticism, they blocked me from the band's Facebook page and their Facebook page. This company shows a massive lack of professionalism. I will not be buying ANYTHING produced by Atom Age Industries again

They had issues beyond their control with waiting time on spermbirds records I ordered…but they came and totally awesome…great company to deal with…they may not get back to you overnight….but they will get back to you
