Drive thru banking. Atm machines too often don't have enough cash for withdrawals. Wells Fargo, who is responsible for the atm's at the Bell branch? I'd like access to my money please.

The worst bank to go to. 15 people in line. And 2 slow women tellers. Half an hour wait and they don't even try to have another window open up. What a disgrace!

Yesterday afternoon I went in and did not get help until I said a comment to my bf to lets just go seems like theres only one rep working and shes just talking with someone about none sense. She gets up and asks us what we needed told her that I wanted to find out info on getting a loan for small business and she was just going on and on loud for others to hear she couldn't help me that im better off asking the gov for a loan. That she wasn't going to just cut me a check and thats it. Which I found totally ridiculous and offensive when I had just came from commerce branch which I actually should have made an appt over there since they offered me a women's minority loan to start a business. I been a loyal customer to wells fargo for about 10 years now. I have gotten a loan on the spot before pandemic so I know the way things work. I know I need an appt now to get a loan but I also know theres options she could have offered me yet instead was rude and offered me nothing but to apply for an sba loan. You guys need to stop hiring young people without experience that do not have manners nor cannot speak right to customers she would go back and forth from English to Spanish.

It is 12:41 and there is literally just one teller assisting customers. And another one for personal banker assistance, do they not understand that some people come during their own lunch hour to come handle their business hoping it will be quick?

Long lines. Super slow service. You can't even drop by to open a new account; you have to make an appointment online weeks in advance - and appointments are only available weekdays between 9 am and 4 pm. I thought banks wanted new customers. Not this bank.

Atm never work!! HorribleUpdate:2/21/231 Samething is happening they replied and pretended to care. I emailed and called over phone to complain. They did nothing.

I swear this is the worse branch. The only nice person here is one of the security guards. I needed to withdraw MY MONEY and the inside atms were not working and they RUDE TELLER was not able to help me instead they wanted to send me to stand in line after being waiting for them at the atm for 13 minutes. SERIOUSLY THIS BRANCH NEED MANAGEMENT AND NEW TELLERS. Customer service -0 because 1 star is too much for this place.

They allow people to use thier facilities to steal and drain people's accounts to nothing!! How can people take out so much at one time without any type of an alert especially if they are trying multiple times on one visit. Would give zero stars!! I don't even deal with Wells Fargo but somebody used thier bank to steal!!

Took my 92 year old Grandmother to withdrawal money inside this bank, which has been a customer for more than 40 years. Bank teller Evelin was so rude towards us when we asked for change of $100 bill plus $20 in quarters. Denying a senior citizen, handicapped and a loyal customer a roll of quarters is really foul and childish on her part. Would post zero stars if possible. Beware of Bell branch #0000266-4 and her bad attitude.

This bank has very bad service. It took 45 minutes for them to serve me because they only had a cashier providing service. And there were more staff but they just walked around. Terrible Experience!!!

Walked for an emergency wire but need appointment for a wire. Even though they are standing around doing nothing.been banking with Wells Fargo for years. Bell is the worst branch. No customer service

I love wells fargo but I swear this is the worst location serverly under staff every time I come it's always something it's either like 50 people in front of me going all the way to the parking lot or they always wanna have 2-3 windows open and bonus the internet always goes out here and they constantly say it doesn't happen often I wanna take away the 1 star alone I never have this issue at other locations.....
