Worst customer service ever .... The Asian lady is very RUDE not professional at all .... Went to pick up dry cleaners that was dropped off 3 days ago and she yelled at me telling me it wasn't ready that I had to wait .... Will never ever take my clothes there again and they are ridiculous expensive and it's not even same day service ....

I never write reviews but this one incident I have to report and would like for everyone in the neighborhood to know this is by far the worst dry cleaners I've ever had to deal with in my life. This Asian lady had cleaned my Nike faux blanket maybe once or twice but the last time I took it to her she gave it back to me ruined!!! So ruined that even she noticed that I had noticed something was wrong when I went back to the cleaners to show her the damage she had done. So my blanket was due faux material which is a mimic of animal fur, well She left my blanket looking like Sherpa material which is is a curly piled fabric. She went on to say that my blanket was old and that's why it was looking like Sherpa material, but that wasn't even the case because she went out of her way to pull me up in her computer system to show me that I had been there twice to get my blanket clean clearly meaning that my blanket wasn't old. Luckily I still had the receipt of how much I paid for the blanket but she refused to pay me in full, she wasn't even offering to pay me half. Once I decided and seen I wasn't going to get anywhere with this lady I agreed to take what she was offering $140 not knowing she would later get super aggressive with me and get into a tug of war with her over my blanket, because never did she say she would keep the blanket. We tugged on the blanket back and forth and eventually she yanked the blanket from my hands. I was very displeased that I threw the money back at her and she returned my blanket to me. I have reported her to the BBB and I submitted a complaint claim with the better business bureau. Please rethink taking anything to this dry cleaners

I have never been in a place that has no clue what a customer service is the lady was very coarse and very unwelcoming no courtesy at all although I told her I'm a new customer which is typically you receive an extra attention it was the oppositeWent there for the first time ended up taking my clothes back because ofvthe lady's rudenessNotvto mention that when I showed her my clothes she was very skeptical with no idea what to do with them

They charge way to much!! The chinita lady is also very rude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME coming to this location.

This is the worst dry cleaning service you can possibly imagine. They are unprofessional, pricy and rude. The owner is the rudest person in the world. His name Rauf Patel, if I could rate them less than one star, I would. I would never recommend their services to anybody.
