Took my truck to get the leaf springs put on and he install it backwards took it back to him and told him something not right he said that’s how they go and he couldn’t do Nothing else took it to another shop to get corrected. Never going back again lost a customer forever

Good prices and great service in Bell! My dodge charger's engine light turned on and needed a local auto shop in Bell. I was really happy to meet the Mechanic Victor and Charles (cat) at the auto shop. He gave me a good price for the diagnostic and the labor+parts. He shared that he services to a lot of local teachers in the area and as a woman I felt comfortable with him through the whole process. He's also a bell local and has been in the business for 27 years.Buenos precios y servicio. Como clienta me siente muy satisfecha con la experiencia y el servicio rápido. Ive been bringing all my vehicles to Jose including 3- diesel trucks. Great work at a reasonable price. Jose is very honest and explains the issues and solutions clearly. Highly recommend to everyone.

if I could give this business a 0 I would! the owner Mr. jose charged me 1600.00 to install a used engine in my van after my it broke down. I paid him the 1600.00 in cash because I need my van to work and support my 3 kids. after waiting for a week without my work vehicle I got it back and my problems were just starting! I went to work the following day and I assumed I paid a professional mechanic I guessed my van was ok. to find out that I was leaving dropped oil on every driveway from every customers house I was going to. I took my van back to the shop so Mr.jose could fix the dripping oil that my van now had. HE said it would cost me (even knowing they're the one that caused this problem) to fix it. I just wanted to get my car fixed and not upsetting my customers when I go to their homes. I paid the 165.00 for which I received a receipt for. I left my car for a whole day. the following day I went to get my car back and I was guaranteed that my car was fixed I left for work. I work alot which I have to having only one income and supporting 3 kids! 1 day later my van is still leaking oil so I went back to the shop to talk to the owner (Mr. jose).He said it was going to get fixed at no charge but I had to leave my van for about 1/2 day. I had to I needed my car without making people's driveways mess! I left my vehicle at his shop and when I went to pick it up. they parked it around the block from the shop and left it unlocked. I have all my working equipment in that van and someone could have stolen my stuff! nothing was missing from my van and after picking my van up I drove it to my home and I got under the vehicle to see that they put some sort of paste on the leaking area. the following day I notice that the van is still leaking oil. frustrated I drove back to the shop I showed pictures to Mr. jose the owner and I just asked him for his license number for which I'm going to use to take the matter to civil court. J&J Auto Repair & Body licence # 280272 is a RIP off don't go there I assure you that you will regret it.

Do not come to this shop hella expensive. It looks empty most of the time. So I brought my car on Wednesday about 2pm and asked him when it would be ready he didn't have it done until 4:45 on Thursday!!!! Ridiculous to only change a starter a day and half come on. I was pissed when he charged me $325.00 for labor and a rebuilt starter not new but rebuilt !!!!! Another downside he called me and told me my battery was leaking so luckily it was still under warranty at Oreillys and he switched it, but I think he probably popped it or dropped it by mistake. Oh well I learned my lesson for not price shopping and just dropping off the car there instead. AIthough I should of dropped it off across the street they were charging way less when I inquired about pricing and repairs. Fellow females beware if you bring your car he lags it to have it repaired and finished within a reasonable time and you will end up paying $150.00 for labor. Pics of my receipt coming soon.

jesus christ I dont know where they get there parts because they price them double. 75 bucks for labor are you kidding me???? Do they add gold to my car is that why it's so expensive. Went for a smog check, fast pass my a**. The guy working there seems like he doesnt want to be there. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place.
