My package has been on hold for 7 days in another city and I haven't been notified even after requesteing they text/call me when they're outside. I called and the representative claimed the driver said they had no entry, yet the status shows an attempt to deliver in the city where it's been held, and I don't live there. Point is my package never left FEDEX for delivery and it's just there waiting to be picked up. What's the point of paying for shipping if your employees aren't doing their jobs. Not a lot of people are happy with this location, would be good if corporate got involved and did something about it.

UPS ARE MAKING TWICE IF NOT 3X MORE THAN A FEDEX DRIVER. FEDEX DRIVERS DELIVER TWICE THE AMOUNT OF PACKAGES AND TO TOP IT OFF HEAVY “TEAM LIFT” PACKAGES. LASTLY BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY’RE UNDERPAID!

Dayum fedex for the second time you guys are just not going to deliver my package? Last package was a stair wheelchair so my father can get up the stairs, when he was released from the hospital (kidney patient btw) and now this one another 1k purchase and the excuse every time (truck broke down) lmao sucks that I have to come down to the facility to pick up yet another package and time it to make sure it doesn’t go out for delivery so I can get it lol

The delivery tracking history said it attempted to delivery 3 times and no one was home which is totally false. My wife was home all day, no doorbell or anything, just a tag at the entrance. Why bother to drive all the way and put a sticky note? Now I got to either return the package to the sender or borrow a van to pick up the wayfair furniture shipment. Fedex, you guys need to improve your operations because UPS and Amazon is at another level compared to you.

Driver never delivers the packages to the door, just leave them outside the apt gate which means every one could take it. No problem with UPS, Amazon etc Only FedEx

For an ASTONISHINGLY bad time use fedex. The driver didn't even attempt to deliver my package. I know this because there was no door tag and the dog didn't bark as she normally would when someone approaches the front door. This station then took it upon themselves to return the package to the shipper. The shipper now has to call them to see if they can get it routed back. This has cost more than it's worth. Fedex is keeping UPS in business with their incompetence and lack of customer service.

You are not allowed to speak to a representative (or any human being) at the Bell, Ca. FedEx facility. In my situation, the computerized answers cannot resolve the problem. It involves a package to be delivered to an individual with multiple medical issues living on a second floor apartment. Therefore, I am writing to convey my frustration and anger over FedEx's extremely poor customer service, denying their customer the option to speak to a real person who could easily take actions to resolve the problem.

Fedex delivery today was disappointing. The delivery driver placed a heavy box (which he moved by rolling without the use of a dolly) in front of my garage assuming that cameras could view it, and blocking the ability to get car out of garage. I ran outside and caught him and told him to move the box. This led to an argument over telling and not asking. Eventually he moved the heavy box to front porch where I could see it, rolling it all the way. Very poor customer service. I'm a little surprised because this was from the Sun Valley location. I generally receive good service from this location.

I placed an order from Reebok and this d*** a** company was chosen to deliver my product. Now every time I've placed an order that had to delivered from this company it's been a problem first they took the package to wrong address, thank goodness those people were honest, they've days late packages and now they just left my shoes in the fuckn bushes and my s*** got stolen or perhaps the employee took the picture and picked the shoes up and left with them. All I know is I want what I paid for FedEx and thanks for ruining my fuckn Christmas

This FedEx, I don't know if this specific station/facility has issues with the delivery process and sorting out with correct address. Tracking says it has attempted deliverying my package 3 times on 3 separate days but OH MY shipping address is actually the business address and there is always someone there to get it but All I hear is we will open up a case and address the issue/find a reason/train those whoever belongs there and I never got a call back. It is still saying delay with 'never made' delivery attempts. Those email notification gives me headache now. I wish the sender doesn't use FedEx. Never had ANY issue with UPS / USPS AND EVEN DHL.

Whoever was supposed to deliver my package decided to lie and say I requested to hold it at the facility. They couldn’t hold it so it is now being shipped back to the sender. Absolutely ridiculous. If you don’t want to work, quit
