“This is my favorite dollar store plus. I am sad the neighboring building is getting more attention rn because it will only make this section busier than ever once they discover it. Has so many arts and crafts , Mexican candy, auto care, party supplies, pet supplies, and even random cables like for your printer , Ethernet, etc. Its well stocked compared to other bargain stores.”

“Went to buy medicine to restock my medicine cabinet. Family Dollar has negotiable prices for medicine. But the shelves are not full. It seems as if customers have been buying a lot of flu & cold medicine. So I bought what was available which was 24 hour Mucinex All for 1, Advil, & Peptobismol. Cashiers were fast and polite. Aisles are really small. Prices are medium to low.”

“I am able to buy most of my vegetables here and save a substantial amount of money compared to the grocery stores prices. Bean sprouts , broccoli, spinach, 4 honey dews, cantaloupe, stir fry vegetables, bell pepper, lettuce, celery, nectarines, grapes. Mushrooms and paper towels. All this for 24.00. this would have cost me a lot more elsewhere. All quality food. I am a satisfied customer!!!!”

“Today was my first time going back to the 99 cent store in a couple months and I was shocked that nothing in the stores 99 cent everything is $1.29 hell I could have went to the Dollar Tree down the street and paid four cents left. But I do like the 99 cent store in Gardena on Redondo Beach Boulevard they do have a better selection of items than the Dollar Tree here on Crenshaw and Gardena”

“Love the kindness of the employees tonight. I'm disabled and seems to me that the customers are uneducated with discipline and they don't have manners. They walked into me, practically over me without saying "Excuse me." Only one customer said, "Thank you," when I moved to the side. I can barely walk and use oxygen. Today I encouraged myself to try walking with a cart instead of using wheelchair. Ugh! Who can practice with rude clowns ?? BUT, when I got to the register, things changed. The employees were patient and kind and helpful. It's like angels came to me and chased the devils away. Because I had that safe, home and kindness around me, I felt that I was in a safe enough environment. Pay no attention to the meek. Enjoy the store and feel at home. Trust your friendly store!
