The staff here are so rude and unprofessional I was denied my daughter’s Antibiotics 2 hours before closing the pharmacist Michelle laughed at my face when I asked for her to fill and I had no problem waiting as long as it took but instead one of the technicians came over to threaten me to leave or he will call social services on me. So disgusting with these ppl and the other staff did not do anything to help

Employees are the best....I was there on 2/7/24 @8:05, and there was a very rude customer but the employee handled the situation very awesome. Also, for that rude customer, he's the reason why they put instructions on shampoo bottles....pretty sure he got bullied throughout school and now hides behind his keyboard

Awful staff. Manager on duty was my cashier, after asking to confirm the price on an item, his response was, "It was on the label when you grabbed the item." He then decided to call me "Stupid". I couldn't believe i was just called stupid by an employee, let alone a manager. When i told him i heard and understood what he had called me- he remained silent. This is beyond unprofessional and he should not represent CVS.

Normally, I don't like the reviews but I came here half an hour away from where I live To find myself with the pharmacist being close because they're out for lunch having to wait an hour for them to open... ridiculous what's going on with the corporate or the manager ??? while us customers have to attend sick children at home

I purchased an e-gift card from CVS and when I was going to pay, I showed it to them on my phone so I can pay for my items. The cashier said she needed to call the manager to do it for her. Okay, fine. The manager said I had to print the gift card and they refused to let me use my gift card. I went to another CVS and they accepted my gift card and they didn’t even have to call a manager. Rude service!

There is no good service, I bought just one thing and the person at the cash register looked at me very badly, she rolled her eyes and crushed the receipt and gave it to me very ugly. She treated me very badly and was very rude. She was one with long nails, long black hair, she was ironed. super bad vibes.

I was originally given the wrong refund information regarding an item I sent to print to this location by a cashier, instructed by another manager. My 5 stars is for the supervisor Karina who was professional and exceeded customer services expectations by fixing this issue for me. She even called a couple of times to give me updates. It’s nice to see people who maintain professionalism and care to provide a good service.

The store is spacious, tidy, has several departments, pharmacy, friendly and helpful staff, parking is free.
