Came into this place today and the guy was to busy dancing in front of his phone to even notice I was there. He seemed put out that I walked in, went to another place after he looked me up and down weirdly.

Very rude unprofessional owner who did a poor job repairing my car. He kept demanding more and more money to fix my car correctly when I pointed out all flaws in his low quality repairs. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I have taken my BMW 5 series to Cynthia Martinez from HPM Collision twice after being back ended in 2 different occasions. The first time around the insurance kept making it hard on me but Cynthia was so helpful with everything from the estimate to also helping with the whole car rental process and making everything less stressful. The insurance wanted to be real cheap and not pay for everything but Cynthia made sure they would cover all fixes to have my vehicle back to normal. On the second time around I already knew I was in great hands so I went back to Cynthia Martinez to take care of it. This time the insurance was way more stress free and agreed to everything Cynthia needed from them. I was very happy and fully satisfied to of taken my vehicle here and have recommended Cynthia to many friends.

I am so glad I came across this shop The front desk receptionist Ana is very helpful and knowledgeable. She made the whole process easy and straight to the point. I will recommend to anybody that needs this type of service to go to HPM!

I just want to say amazing customer service, I got into a accident that wasn't my fault and had no idea what to do or where to go. But this shop answered all my questions especially the receptionist Ana didn't try to b.s me or lie about anything came across so respectfully and knowledgeable! Great service and the turn around was quicker than anticipated!

Owner parks all these cars down the streets where us residents park we call the police to have them move the cars, the owner of the property is a millionaire so the city of bell lets him do whatever he likes since he is bringing business to the city but they are breaking the law. If the owner is breaking the law what else is hegettin away with, dont you just love corruption
