I ordered a bed at the beginning of February, March came and they did not deliver my bed nor did they speak to me on the phone, I called them to see what was happening, the man told me that there was an error that he had in the note that they had delivered my bed. He ordered it again according to him, 2 weeks passed and nothing. I spoke to them again and it turns out that the factory where they make my bed ran out of material and they are not making it. But they were never able to talk to me to tell me what was happening, what a lack of preoccupation. After I went and changed my bed and they told me which ones they had in the store. I changed it, and because the bed I chose did not have the base where the mattress goes, I had to buy it. For the base it cost me $260 as I had paid for my bed in cash. They make my appointment to deliver my bed. They take me the one that is NOT it, I told them, they told me that it was the one on the ticket. Ok, the bed wasn't that bad, it had the base, I didn't have to pay for it. And it's OK. The guys were kind and I know it wasn't their mistake. But then they tell them that if they made a mistake, they have to take the bed. She was armed and they disarmed her again. I left work to go to the delivery and in the end I lost two hours. They told me that if I liked they could take it to me and they would give me some pillows, right???? Am I going to waste more time? I threw away my bed because according to me I was going to have it today. I still had to pay them the $260 after they changed my bed 3 times. I was very disappointed. When I took out my dining room and a blackout desk I had them later, later. And today I have to pay for the entire bed, nothing. 2 and a half months and nothing. How angry.

Great customer service! I purchased a bunk bed here and it was perfect, just what I was looking for & it was delivered and installed in my room. It took about 1hour for the install & the guys installing the bed were super professional. I got all the help that I needed. Thank you guys I will be coming back

La volvio a odenar segun el, pasaron 2 semanas y nada. Volvi hablarles y resulta que la fabrica donde hacen mi cama se quedo sin material y no la estan haciendo. Pero jamas me pudieron hablar para decirme lo que pasaba que falta de preofecion. Despues que fuera y cambiara mi cama y ellos me decian cuales tenian en la tienda. La cambie, y porque la cama que escoji no tenia la base donde va el colchon la tenia que comprar. Por la base me salia $260 como lla abia pagado mi cama al contado. Me hacen mi cita para entregar mi cama. Me llevan la que NO es les dije me dijieron que esa la que estaba en el ticket. Ok la cama no estaba tan mal lla tenia la base no tenia porque pagar lla. Y esta bien. Los muchachos fueron amables y yo se que no fue error de ellos. Pero despues les dicen que si se equivocaron que se tienen que llevar la cama. Lla estaba armada la volvieron adesarmar. Me sali de mi trabajo para ir ala entrega y al ultimo perdi dos horas. Me dijieron que si gustava me la podrian llevar y me regalaban unas almohadas encerio???? Voy aperder mas tiempo??. Tire mi cama que tenia porque segun yo hoy la iva atener. Todavia les tenia que pagar los $260 despues de que me cambiaron la cama 3 veces. Quede muy decepcionada. Cuando saque mi comedor y un escritorio apagos los tuve luego, luego. Y hoy que pague la cama completa nada. 2 meces y medio y nada. Que enojo.

This is a big shout for Erika's customer service skills. She always has a friendly smile. I always get direct answers to my questions. When I need to find specific furniture in a specific style in the color I want, she quickly searches through several catalogs to find it for me. Then she tells me availability and price. I did a lot of on-line and stop by and visit, look, touch and talk research while looking to buy some furniture for my 4th and last bedroom that needed furnishing. Decided upon Infante Furniture after the reviews I read.Their price was right, their delivery schedule fit mine as I wound up having only 3 days to to look, decide, choose, pay and have delivered. All went well...The issue I have with them is that they added on another $56.00+ charge to the furniture price ($908 vs $964.75). And I could not get from them a specific reason for the price difference...! Something about it being an application processing charge (I did opt for the credit plan although I could have paid cash up front but figured I'd hold on to my dollars) or it being a family run business some charge they apply, etc..! I have excellent credit and never paid an application processing surcharge before! So, my advice, if you do purchase from Infante and do a payment plan, read the application before signing and get the true reason for any additional charge to the original cost of your furniture! On the flip side, I do enjoy my purchase..And delivery and set up was real inexpensive ($25.00).
