Terribles by name - terrible by nature. Called in for an emergency flat tyre. Put money in the air machine but didn't work. Went to store to be told that someone had vandalized it last week and they were waiting on repair. No refund given!
TURN OFF THE MACHINE IF IT'S BROKEN!

We visit this Terrible's often and everytime we come the place is so clean and the customer service is amazing. Everyone is beyond nice and helpful. If your going to stop anywhere in Barstow make this your stop.They even have a dog park

Can it be true? A well organized and open convenience store alone I10? Even more than that, one with large and clean bathroom that can hold more than 2 or 3 people! Well don't let the name fool you because here it is! I know the brand Terrible from Vegas where they have tons of gas stations and convenience stores. Most of them are pretty old, and not all of them allow you to use their bathroom. We were on our way back from Vegas and recognized the name so we decided to stop for your travel break. It also helped that they have "CLEAN BATHROOMS" on the back of their building that you can see from the highway if you're heading west. Seriously though, this is best rest stop in Lenwood. Loved the fun phrases on the bathroom walls, the fact that they have a cherry ICCE, which is my favorite flavor, and a great selection of snacks along with tiny grocery section. The hot food I could find was limited to "things that roll on a heater" and nacho's. There was case at the main counter that was empty so I don't know what's normally there. It was a Tuesday evening though and very slow so they might have more when it's busy. In a rare instance, I actually needed windshield cleaner, but they don't have any auto supplies which places like Love's usually has. Not a big deal, which required me to visit another, not as clean, store. Still, this will probably become our normal pitstop if we're not looking for a meal.

This place is awesome. Has gas, coffee and a restroom! Things all travelers need. Their facilities are clean AND they even have a bathroom for dogs! I love their accommodations! The pic is of their bathroom which was clean btw!

3 am open for business 24 hours and restrooms available and clean. Worker was nice place looks clean.

Gas prices here were not the best, but as soon as you walk in.. the place was super nice and clean. The people who work here greet you as soon as you walk in.It's so spacious, definitely a lot of different snacks as you walk around. The restrooms were clean.There was one cashier at first, but the more people coming in, another cashier hopped on to make the line go faster.Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Terrible's Convince is anything but terribly ? they are a very clean, friendly and personable place with everything you may need whether it be last minute items or snacks for your travels...either way a great place for convinces.

On my way north and stopped in to buy a Frazil. They had the flavor I wanted, which is hard to find since most shops carry the same flavors. Hope they have Lemmon Berry next time!
