Broken glass beer bottles on the ground and overall dirty area to fill up gas. The people working here need to stop being lazy and clean!

This place is the worst place in Barstow to get gas or snacks they make the it very inconvenient to purchase drinks it takes way to much time

I stopped going to ampm once they took away all my scratches after they updated their app. So I don't know how to use the app anymore, it's been a while. I'm visiting family in Barstow for Thanksgiving 2022 and I decide I'll go to ampm, fill up my tank for the drive home and get some coffees. I had to pay for the cups at the front, which is fine, but I was searching the app and couldn't figure out how to add the 3 coffees I ordered to get my 4th one free. Long story short, I figured it out after I paid, so I go back to the front and ask the older gentleman up there and with annoyance in his voice and a huff, he just said, 'well I already did it', I just said 'it's fine' and walked away. People need to understand that not everyone is an expert and he saw my phone on the counter with the app open, maybe he could've offered help when I ordered coffee, like hey do you have the app, the 4th is free.Anyways. I didn't get my 3 coffees added, so I won't have a 4th cup free. The 4th cup free might have motivated me to go back to ampm, but I think I'll stick to 7-11, friendly people and always willing to help.

Male cashier said lottery was closed for today which isn't true and he was just to lazy to ring me up for a lottery ticket. That's the only reason I stopped in. Never coming to this gas station ever again.

DO NOT GO HERE. Go to any other gas station but here, there is another both north and south not far at all. Had to wait for a pump, so I ran in to fill up my water bottle. They have no water option on their soft drink machine, so I grabbed ice and went back out. One of the workers followed me out yelling "you have to pay for that!" I said I only grabbed ice, he said "you have to pay for ice" I said I was looking for water, but it wasn't available, and he said I know, you have to pay for bottled water. I said "cool, I'll be right in." And we left. It's California and 100 degrees out - I am not paying for a cup of ice. You're lucky you got my gas money. Never again.

Pulled up at this gas station and every pump has a car in front of it but almost no one is actually pumping gas. The machine rejects three different credit cards before I notice a sign that says the machine accepts debit only. It's 2021 and every single person who wants to pay at the pump has to use the most fraud-prone form of payment there is, while every single person who wants to pay with credit has to go inside and wait in line during the pandemic. I went in and the line was fifteen people deep. No thanks. Never going to ARCO or AMPM again.

Beware this gas station gas pumps or something is mes up every time I pump here I see like I don’t get my money’s worth so I ask a friend who owns a Tahoe just like mine for us to pump gas me in this one and him on the one down the street he got more gas from a gas station that is more expensive never again this place

Clean lot. Pump area was clean. No trash. I did t go inside but i pumped gas. My daughter didnt say anything negative about the inside.

Charges to use credit card. Pumps slow as hell. Gas station with 80s technology. I would keep driving.

Very nasty showers .no mirrors or soap dispensers. Look like the haven't been clean in years .water was either ice cold or boiling hot no in between .charged us husband and wife for 2 showers even thou we o ly used 1 shower

Very gross bathroom. Cheap gas prices unless you want to use you credit card, they dont accept them. No thanks
