I have been their customer for a few years and they are good mechanics, honest and have proven to be good mechanics. nobody is perfect. For me they are in the 7* range for their honesty and good service.

Ferrer is a throwback to an honest local mechanic. Being right off the 10 freeway, on Ramsey(old ca.hwy 99), gives people with car trouble a place to go. The locals already know, Ruben and his staff will take care of your car problems.

This place is amazing! even though it is a little expensive, you are getting quality service. They are super honest! I took my car because it was shaking when idle. The other place I took it to couldn't find the issue even tho they are a dealership. They took over a month, and couldn't find it, unbelievable that they are professionals. Whereas this place took a week to find it and to fix it. Thank you so much for your honesty, yall should forsure take your cars here! 10/10 satisfied

We recently moved out to Banning and have been looking for a reputable mechanic in the area, as our old mechanic was a good 30+ miles from us.I brought my car to Ferrer Auto Repair & Tires after driving home the night before and noticing that my lights completely shut off when I would use my turn signal. I often have my son in my car so it was critical to get this fixed ASAP, and I anticipated approximately $300 to get my turn signal switch replaced. I was quoted a very reasonable amount, somewhere in the ballpark of $250 for the part and labor.I didn't get a better price from anyone else, and agreed to the quote. I dropped my car off with their crew around 10AM that morning and got a call from them less than an hour later, saying that the switch was completely fine and there was no need to replace it. (I don't know much about cars, but I'm assuming that a connection had somehow gotten loose and once they put everything back together, the connection was restored.)I went back expecting to at least be charge for their labor to get to that conclusion of the switch not needing a replacement. When I arrived, they simply took me to my car and informed me that I could pull it out. No charge whatsoever.They very easily could have done the work and charged me the full price, or even worse, not done any work and still charged me full price. I've driven the car for a week now with no issues with the lights. I definitely will be taking both my cars to Ferrer Auto now, and I'll recommend their business to anyone that is looking for a straightforward mechanic!
