I brought my car here awhile back because my spark plugs and alternator went out so the car was shaking very badly. Juan had told me that he would run a diagnostic and he found out there was a problem with the spark plug so he quoted me for a replacement. Because I was so far from home, I decided to pay the amount even though I knew it was high. I then realized after 7 minutes off the lot that it was still shaking. So I brought my car to my local mechanic and found out that Juan had swapped out the spark plugs but he left the faulty one in and took one of the working spark plugs. I noticed that he mentioned spark plug 3 was misfiring when he ran the diagnostic but he replaced the 4th spark plug. I mentioned it to Juan but was reluctant to correct his error. I was also quoted by my local mechanic and Juan up charged me by almost $100. I do not recommend this place, it does not look like it is well maintained either, I had a very bad experience and all the equipment appears to be really old and poorly maintained.

Came here because cylinder 3 of my car was misfiring. There was a problem with the coil of my car. Juan goes to replace the coil and he replaces the wrong coil, cylinder 4 and not cylinder 3, with the new coil. So he keeps a working coil and left the defective coil in my car so it kept misfiring. As I drove my car off the lot everything was fine until I got home and it started misfiring again. I had to go to mechanic next to my house and found out JUAN also up charges for labor and part. I got the service and parts from a mechanic next to my house was almost $150 cheaper.Service: Electrical

i've been to this place for years ever since the original owner was there timo he was so good and still this place by far is the best, honest and good prices unlike other places i've been to they only do mickey mouse work and take your money. i give them 5 starts they are the best mechanics in baldwin park and i live 40 miles away but i still drive to them that's how good they are.
