This is the third time I've been here. Twice closed earlier than posted. I rushed to get there before closing too. Not considerate of customers. Other than that, staff is nice.

Reasonable prices and helpful staff are always good to me every time I come for my prescription. No issues with this CVS location. Plus, I took my Covid-19 shot here and was well organized and less time consuming.

This review is for the pharmacy. Vanessa at the pharmacy was very rude and condescending throughout the entire interaction. It was brought to her attention that a customer had cut the line and she still helped him out. Even though multiple customers and I, who had been waiting, spoke up. When it was my turn I once again let her know that what she did was not right. She did not apologize but instead rushed me out.

Came in to buy some beauty products and saw that they offered the flu shot for Kaiser members now! Decided to meet with the pharmacy and get my flu shot! Pharmacist was pleasant and I felt safe getting my flu shot in an environment outside of a hospital, which can be intimidating to step into during this pandemic.

I like going to this CVS because its convenient and it's close to home. Plus I know which employees work there and I am always satisfied with there customer service. Well after today I notice that the regular staff wasn't there. I don't know if they rotate the morning staff but the cashier this morning I don't know if she was a having a bad morning but dang she took forever to get a book of stamps that I ask for. After she rang my merchandise up and I handed her the money she took it and afterwards I get it with this pandemic we're in right now at least be nicer to your customers. Sheesh! Whoever is the manager of this establishment needs to redirect there staff. I'll be taking my business to the other CVS across town for now on.

The CVS on Ramona in Baldwin Park has the absolute BEST most WONDERFUL people working in their pharmacy. They're all my heroes -- angels!! Every single person has been loving & kind & they even greet me by name. They always fill my prescriptions without anything other than speed, accuracy & a ton of kindness. I've been to other CVS pharmacies in West Covina, & they were mean & rude & inaccurate (probably burned out, but who isn't these days?!). I am so glad & transferred my prescriptions to BP.

I am ususally a satisfied customer at CVS, no matter what city I am at. Yesterday I went to CVS on Ramona, in Baldwin Park, CA. I had a coupon for $7.00 off 2 One A Day vitamins. They scanned it and it was saying that it wasn't valid, or this coupon did not exist!!! I had just cut it from the Sunday paper. The cashier called a mgr, and the mgr was very quickly to dismiss me, and saying "well if the machine doesn't take it, we can't make it go"!! Almost accusing me of having a fake coupon. I didn't like the attitude all around, so I told them to cancel my transaction! I didn't like that they weren't willing to work something out, and they had newspapers there that they could have double checked that this coupon was in fact real!! CVS is known for couponing so when I get the chance I use coupons, they help with my budget.

I had the weirdest experience so far at a cvs. My first time here and like a lot of other people I came for one thing and ended up checking out with a lot more. I was in line and a Latina woman maybe early 30s talk with black hair (I need to describe her because for some reason she wasn't wearing a name tag) comes out of a room and opens up a register then calls me up. I place all the things I had on the counter and told her I was going to grab a bouquet of flowers I saw for my wife that was about 7 feet from the register. I thought she would ring me up while I walked over there since there was a line, I grab the flowers and turn around and see her just staring at me like a weirdo, I walked back up and said "thought you'd start ringing me up" then with an attitude she said "I needed to ask if you have cvs card or phone number" to which I replied, "oh I didn't think it mattered" since I've been to cvs's many times and they are able to input the number before or after to my knowledge. Not a big deal even but she wasn't finished lol she then replied, "it does matter, some people don't want to use their number or want me to cancel something" whatever she said didn't make any sense but the attitude she had was startling to me I almost wanted to laugh about how serious she was, then I jokingly reply "but does it really matter" at this point I can tell that she is just unhappy to be working at cvs which isn't my fault so right there I'm already eating pretty annoyed after she replied "it does matter you don't have to have an attitude" I couldn't believe she had the nerve to say that to me when she's an employee with a bad attitude that felt the need to argue with a customer about a rewards card. Now she's ringing me up and it comes out to $75 and I'm already irritated that this miserable employee didn't give a shit about her attitude as if she is just over life lol I felt bad for her but not as bad as I felt about spending $75 at this ghetto cvs. When she told me that I was the one with an attitude I was like Wth is going on, I replied to her "this is weird" and she replied "it really isn't I need to ask" then I said "no THIS is weird, whatever is going on with you, you're at work and you're acting like this" while looking at her making a weirded out face hahaha she looked embarrassed and just continued to ring me up. I should've left before paying and went somewhere else but I decided to just forget it and get out of there. Good to know that CVS doesn't give a shit about who they hire or how their customers are treated, I see that I'm not the only one with complaints about some woman worker there and my money is on they're the same person. I recently moved to BP and usually go to CVS a lot, I was glad there was one by my house but I won't be coming back here.

Horrible customer service. I went to the CVS to purchase some mascara and hair color for which I had mfg and extra bucks coupons to combine. First, I had to ask for a hand basket, not offered one. I had some items in my hand basket and decide to put some back and only to purchase the mascara. When I went to the counter the young girl at the counter said is that all your purchasing, I said yes the other items I put back, she had a smirk. So I said, would you like to look on my bag, she said yes. So I gave her my bag and she said, hmmm, let me see what you have in here as she "riffled"through my bag and said ok your fine. Now, I'm pissed as she could've just open and see that I have my wallet, coupons, phone and charger. I said nevermind on the mascara . I walked out and went back in to speak the the manager, which was no help and just danced around the situation stating he didn't understand what I was trying to explain. Then he said it is not a policy to ask to look in bags, but I offered her to. Which is true, but she did not have to go about it that way. I also mentioned to look at the counter cameras. He agreed she shouldn't have one about it that way and he was just there for customer service. I told him that was what I'm trying to tell you. The bad customer service I received, but still acted like I was in the wrong. When I walked out the young girl just gave me smug look. As if to say HaHa. Going to contact the Corporate Office tomorrow. I went there because it was walking distance. Will go to another CVS with great customer service.

I have to say it's my favorite pharmacy....if ever I had a problem they go out of their way to solve it...i moved about a year ago and have to go to a different location and when faced with an issue I have to figure it out myself...I'll drive the extra 2 cities to come here...

This CVS offers such a bad service. They are always out of cosmetics. The staff are rude when they're asked for assistance. They made me wait for baby formula for 20min. When I asked to use the restrooms there, they sent me with my toddler to another store to use the facilities. I asked for the phone number for the management and they gave me the number to their pharmacy. Such a bad experience!!!

I went to that pharmacy today and the manager Stephanie Hau made me go all the way to the ER , in the ER they told me all the Pharmasist had to do is call to change the prescription, I had to drive all the way lever to the Er and back to the cvs, when my child needed the medicine but obviously the farmacist does not care, confronted her and she had a didnt care attitude, it is what it is , I just do not understand why they work there if they don't like their job. Do not recommend this Pharmacy, I would say go to another pharmacy.

Horrible customer service. I was trying to buy a few lipglosses that had a price sticker of 99 cents. Once at the register I noticed they did not ring up for said price. The cashier girl then called for a price check and the price check lady "Dayna" returned avoiding eye contacting and talking to the cashier as if I wasn't even there. She then proceeded to accuse me of having moved the sticker which I did not, and spoke very rudely about me to the cashier girl. (Mind you this is all in front of my family) I then decided to leave the lipglosses since they would not honor the price due to them accusing me of moving the sticker. I tried using my coupons and ended up losing a "2 extra bucks" coupon due to a transaction mistake. They did not honor my coupon either..
