I called pharmacy to provide workers comp information for a patient. They have really bad customer service. Spoke with Rafael and Abraham and they have some attitude issues when they supposed to be helping patients. Please use a different pharmacist.

So disorganized and they take forever to get the medicine you need. I called yesterday and they said it would be ready today so I called today and they said it won’t be ready until tomorrow. Each pharmacist gave me a different answer.

Today, I accidentally cut my hand deeply, and the young woman at the cash register provided me with significant assistance. She emanated a positive aura and demonstrated exceptional helpfulness.

Bad service at the Pharmacy, they never talked to me about going for my medicine ?, much less bad service for the renewal of medicines. I'm definitely going to change pharmacies.

Need to do better! 40 people in line for the pharmacy and 1 cashier. Ridiculous. They are over worked and under payed.

Unfortunately I already contacted customer service. All they did is apologize that this happened, a copy paste of your response. They did not give me a means to return my items or are reaching out to management at this Rite Aid location to address the racism, which is also evident in previous customers experiences. I don't see that this has been taken seriously whatsoever

Racist manager! I came here to return items I bought last week that I never used and unfortunately lost the receipt for. Rite Aid policy allows returns without receipt as long as you have original form of payment, which is great.Carrie, who happens to be the manager, yelled at me, in front everyone around the cashier, and said that they recently had a shoplifting incident and that she won’t refund my items… implying that im somehow responsible for that. Looking at other reviews of this branch I can assume it’s because I’m visibly Arab/Muslim.

Horrible customer service, I was there yesterday I bought ice cream I paid immediately after the cashier gave me the Ice cream, I bought a couple things and when it was our turn to get help by the other cashier, didn't want to help us, cause her shift was over, I understand but his manager was there and told her to help us , so she helped us in a bad mood, and she pointed on my boyfriend in a very rude way, asking him if he pay for the ice cream, and I answered ...yes we paid it already, I got a little bit up set to be honest, but I didn't say nothing else, but the cashier thought I didn't speak Spanish, because look Indian and my boyfriend is Indian punjabi, so she said in Spanish in a very sarcastic way to the other cashier, So why I have to help this customers with a ugly bad face?...omg really? I can't believe she just said that.I told my boyfriend let's go in Spanish and they got surprised and started laughing crazy in a very stupid way like little making fun of us,so disrespectful. Dear manager you need a better customer service talk to your employees please. yesterday the incident happened around 5 pm with a tall Hispanic lady blonde hair, she's rude .11 16 2022 .

The cashiers there are very quiet and not customer friendly I get that they deal with a lot of possible homeless people and so forth but when a good customer walks in and chats with you quickly as your pain and walking out you should reply back not just stare at them and that has happened more than once so there's no miscommunication especially the gal older and her 40s or 50s with black hair to her shoulders if she scared of talking to people because of covid maybe she should not go back to work yet and this is a Democrat who voted for Bernie saying this we cannot stop being kind to one another and having customer service speak for us
