Be careful, the cashiers in this store are aggressive, all the time to the point of wanting to hit you if you don't do what they want. The managers also support the cashiers. They prefer not to sell you. They should completely change the staff or file police reports since they are aggressive and insult you. They have no idea what customer service is, it seems like a store where only criminals work.

Pretty sure my friends got profiled. We paid and were offered a free sample and attendant told us where to go to get it. Manager lady followed us out and shouted we had to pay for it. Had to show her our receipt etc.
Third time it happened. Anti Asian place.

The cashier was very nice ,and patient.It was the night before pydy,and I needed gas,had a grip of change.He was very helpful when it came to countingitout .He never made me feel uncomfortable. I recommend getting your gas here.

The store manager Irene lets people drink and smoke on the job. She is rude to customers and when I had an issue she took 15 minutes to come up front, with her condescending smug attitude. Can’t forget to mention the dirty coffee and soda machines. Possibly the worst Fastrip in Kern County

Store manager is rude to her customers. She took 15 minutes to come up front to help with a transaction, with a smug and condescending attitude to top it off. Also as another review mentioned, she lets employees smoke and drink on the shift. No wonder there are so many 1 star reviews, the management here is a MAJOR problem. Worst Fastrip in Kern County. Please do better

when you first walk in there's homeless ppl everywhere. they let the employees smoke behind the faststrip which is still right next to the gas pumps. they had 3 registers open but only one line. like you guys dumb or what. I had to squeez past nasty homeless people just to get what i wanted because the line took up the whole isle. I live close by and have been going there for like the past 20 years and it looks like they hired a set of dumb this go around ppl working the pm shift at least

Employees were rude, refused to honor the sign price, for a sale that's been the norm for years(sign was still up), I've spent more money here then I should have, guess that ends now.
