I am very grateful for all the staff and doctors at CBCC. My dad was diagnosed with Cancer in January of this year and Jasmine and Lily have done everything in their power to help my parents. Any time they come back from an appointment my mom always talks about how she talked to the wonderful ladies mentioned above and how today they helped them with one thing or the other. The drs and staff work in a selfless occupation and we couldn’t thank them enough.

This is the second night I’ve gone to the hospital while being under these people care. I have dangerously low iron levels and it is causing heart palpitations and being close to fainting. They have not offered an adequate treatment for my illness and honestly seem to not care. After calling today they couldn’t even bother to call me back even though I am one of there patients. I’m under the impression they do not think iron deficiency is serious enough for their attention. Although, my quality of life has been gravely impacted. I’ve barely had enough energy to care for my children because of my levels. It’s honestly disgusting and I would highly encourage you go to a hematologist that will take your illness seriously. Being a African American women this treatment from health providers isn’t surprising.

Dr. Cartmell has been looking after me for 16 years, two cancers and 2 recoveries! He still watching over me after these many years. CzbCC is a top notch facility with organized caring staff. Their phlebotomists are the best❤️

I have been a patient for approximately 12 years. Dr. Fernandez and his staff are superb, professional, courteous, and always has the patient in mind. Kudos!!!!

I have multiple labs showing problems in my bloodwork. I waited there for an hour, finally got back to see the doctor, and he spent a minute telling me nothing is wrong with me. Then he lectured me for another few minutes on the possible health issues of my future children. IM ON BIRTH CONTROL AND CHILD FREE!!! He didn’t even know what was in my chart and he CLEARLY didn’t care about figuring out what is wrong with me.
I drove an hour and a half for another man to tell me it’s all in my womanly head.

Dr Ravindranath Patel is great at what he does as an Oncologist Doctor but he is the kindest, sweetest and caring person I’ve ever known. He gave me 4 extra years with my husband and now he is my cancer Doctor and I can’t imagine me having anyone else.

I went in for lab work and waited there for over 1hour. I went ahead to asked the front desk girl why such a long wait. Another man and I had been waiting for such a long time. She stated she would send the lab a message to let them know. 5 min later they called me for the labs and I asked the lab person if they were too busy because I had been waiting there for over 1 hour. Well, she told me the front desk girl went into the back to tell her to add me to the list because they never added me. I got very upset and I told the lab person of course she never checked me in she was eating at the front desk and chatting when I went to check in. I never saw her add me to the list. I don’t know which of the two girls does the check but neither of them was paying attention when I went to check in. It’s very upsetting that they wasted over 1 hour of my time. As I walked out I went to the front desk and asked for a card to call to make a complaint and the other girl even gave me the card with an attitude like it was my fault she never did her job.

Dr. Anna Lee se is the most beautiful dr. In the whole place , she smiles laughs and makes you comfortable being , has taken care of my skin problems and made my old leather face almost presentable,

Dr. Moran is amazing! He takes his time answering all your questions and explains things thoroughly. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease. He has such a great sense of humor. His staff was also great, I highly recommend him.
