Not happy at all with this place. Samvel said my car was finished and panels do not align correctly, the trunk has a big gap between the bumper and the trunk lid and the rocker has a big bulge that was not there before and was untouch by caliber collision. When I took my car to caliber there were clunking sounds going over the bumps in the freeway that were not there before and the suspension has not been touched. When I had questions samvel would acknowledge the question thru text but next time I spoke to him nothing had been done regarding what I had asked him about. Customer service is obviously not top priority for Samvel and quality work done thoroughly and correctly is not a priority either. A lot was overlooked and damages from the accident remain untouched.
I recommend going elsewhere.

Over all worst experience ever!! Car took 3 weeks longer than estimated, when I finally got my car back I drove 15 minutes home and opened the doors that got replaced and all of the weather stripping fell off, then I decided to inspect all of the work that's when I found the door was also bent and didn't line up, the bottom rocker has new dings from having to remove it to do their repairs. After blowing past the estimated date of completion I had to keep asking for updates. If someone recommends this place to you they are not your friend. Run as fast as you can. The ladies in the office is nice is the only good thing about this place. Other than that you are better off getting a guy from home depot to do your repairs.

Me and my husband are so happy with the work Caliber Collision did on our 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. They were on time and had great communication skills throughout the whole process. Staff in front office are very professional and so welcoming. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done. Thank you all again at Caliber Collision ??

Had a great experience with this shop. After my car was towed, they worked with my insurance company, and they texted me every other day with the progress of the work. My car was finished quickly, they even cleaned it before they returned it to me. Thank you Caliber!
