I have called the police department as well before this review. My card was used not by me at the gas station for over 200$ which how that was possible no clue since most places REQUIRE ID for credit. Called all the numbers possible to try and have help figuring out how is using my cards but no one answered nor wants to help. Very sad how horrible of a company this is especially when it comes to stealing and not helping customers.

The guys working at night time are always so rude to me. Tonight he told me to hurry up because I was wasting his time. It was my birthday and I was trying to pick out a snack. The last time I was here the guy always talks bad about how bad my tshirt looks, says it looks dirty.The workers are to comfortable, and very rude at night time.

These people don't even deserve a one-star rating. Walked over half a mile at 2:30 in the morning before I get ready for work to get milk for a 3-year-old to have breakfast in the morning just to get there and have the guy get off of his stool and open the door to tell me they are closed for cleaning until 5:00 a.m. . Unless he was cleaning his cell phone screen there was no cleaning going on. I asked him if they were supposed to be open 24 hours and he said yes but they're closed from 12:00 to 5:00 a.m. for cleaning. That's only 19 hours! Not 24. So now I have to walk home empty-handed and a three year old doesn't get milk with her cereal in the morning unless I walk another Mile and go to faster which I should have done to begin with because at least they keep to their word and stay open even while they clean. I'm so tired of these people abusing the fact that their parents on the store and there will be no consequences for them sitting on their butts on their phone and not doing their job. What happened to customer service? They act like we should be grateful for shopping there. They should be grateful for our business and our hard-earned money. I seriously hope somebody shuts them down permanently. I don't care how just make them go away.

Ive only been living in Bakersfield for 4 months and EVERY TIME I go at 12am or later to this 24 hour store/gas station, they lock the doors turn out the lights and SOMETIMES put a sign. So I've called complained to customer service. I cursed the Indian Hindi guy out because it's always him locking the door turning off the lights. But other times passing by I see staff sitting on the ground next to the dumpster with the homeless their carts and smoking all together. Now me ex military clean money in the pocket every time I go why else go but they treat me like I'm a thieve or can't afford it. I always ask for 6 packs of smokes and I get water. So recently when the turn the lights out lock the doors at a 24 hour store since it's foundation I circle the block and when I return the lights are on the store is full of Caucasian Asian Latin but me they lock the doors and turn off the lights then later I see them sitting right next to the dumpster smoking cigarettes with the homeless and their shopping cart. If employees feel they have power control over you they'll be your best friend but those who they have no power over no control, the last resort is to block them from making purchases. It's their only power but it's not their store nor merchandise and they often forget they are there selling for the head or heads of the corporation. Each person blown off is another cent dollar to another corporation.

Guy that was working (12am) was cool. Friendly with customers (people in front of me), and patient with me when I kept asking the price of different drinks and he had to keep voiding the transaction 😅

Terrible customer service. Man was rude, charged for items we never received, and used profane language. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE.
