Horrible service rude workers who act like they’re being inconvenienced went to register to ask cashier if they had powdered baby formula and she kept acting like she didn’t know what I was talking about as if it’s sooo complicated then after making me repeat myself multiple times picks up a picture and asks is this what your talking about and I say yes and tell her what kind I want and she goes to another area to see if we have it then I ask if it’s possible to get 9 cans then some older lady crassly yells you can only get 5 then the cashier comes out and says we didn’t have that one needless to say big fat waste of my time and patience

Neighborhood grocery, good prices, convenient, helpful & friendly staff. With the Albertsons4U, you can save a lot of money. Thankfully prices have come down slightly. Thank you!

No problem this time. I've only been once prior to my last visit a day ago. First time like 2 years ago, young male checker young female bagger. As well restock employee. Restock sees me after no more face mask, he reaches in his apron puts on a face mask then walks close to me slow staring at me. I just moved to kern 1st time here and seeing these employees, but in my defense I was wearing a shirt from the realtors as a gift, "Proud Veteran Home Own" so I assume he was narcissist. Hate you because you have while he has NOT. Checker bagger rude I pay, the machines says waiting for cashier but he turns to the bagger and gets into a conversation. She just keeps looking at me like I'm filthy. I fed not into any of there bitterness nor spoke, waited for stupidity show to stop got my receipt laughed at them as I walked away and didn't return for two years nearly 3. So when I return I went in because dollar tree had no coffee creamer refrigerated so next door I walk in ask an employee do I have to remove my backpack, "Nope go right ahead". Gave a thanks and went in grabbed a hand cart asked directions for creamer, headed to. I'm singing P.R. Music, so ladies noticed and took interest, but I will not approach a woman. Rejections aren't kind for the last 3000 years, actually getting worse so I'll die alone unless a woman ask to get to know me. Death will show up one day Point is that all the women interested in me singing Latin songs Mexicano canciones, 1 morena with the pack of chicas was nice but I write to tell you..... THE CHECKER AND THAT RED HAIR WAS SMOKE'N Hot/Sexy y todo. I didn't tell her because ALOT of women were next in line and if I didn't compliment them all it might of gotten sour. But yes The Checker

Horrible Employee Treatment At around 10:40 I was shopping at this location all of a sudden I heard the store director Kim Moreno yelling and threatening one of her employees. When this happened I was at the deli and the store director had no respect for her employees and the customer. I have never felt this uncomfortable and disrespected before until now. Albertsons should reconsider her employment as the store director. She has no respect for the employees and she threatens them all. Kim Moreno has been behaving inappropriately towards an employee saying things like "ALL YOU WANT IS TO TAKE MY SPOT!!" and making them work times that the employees are not capable of. Albertson's I'm asking you to please reconsider her employment and calm her down because a business is not good without a respectful store director.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced! I've never felt so disrespected for literally no reason at all!! I guess I should have read the reviews before attempting to put an order in here. I called to order a birthday cake from the bakery department and had asked questions about the fillings they have and the guy who has on the other end acted irritated and inconvenienced that I had any questions at all ? He put me on hold, and eventually an older sounding asian lady answered who had the same inconvenienced attitude and rude tone. Even went so far as to laugh to the coworker who it sounded like made some sort of joke or rude gesture at my expense to get that response from her.I called back immediately after completing the order cuz I had never been so disrespected just trying to call in and make an order, that there was no way I was gonna spend my money there after that. I spoke to a manager, EXTREMELY briefly, about wanting to cancel the order and was trying to tell him about everything that had just happened. At the very least, those people should have been talked to about their inappropriate behaviors. But instead while explaining everything, albeit emotionally at this point, I hear the line go quiet and this "Manager" just hung up on me instead of addressing the issue. I see now how the other people were so comfortable being rude and condescending.... They obviously know they can get away with it since the management is the exact same way ??♀️

Below average, hot upon entering. Banana pills, and other consumables left by customers just lying in shelf's. Over gets the job done. But, requires caution.

Who is the manager of this store ? Is no one to cut the meat ?, not even one cart they all in the parking lot, only one cashier . Go to that store remind me of Venezuela 20 years ago at the beginning of socialism no respect for customers, employees didn’t care cause they were getting paid anyway and then the shortages began now they don’t have nothing now

The cakes have been very dry recently . Bought 2 cakes in the past 3 months & both were horrible . I really wanted to think it was just a one cake thing but my last cake was horrible. Very dry & flavorless .
