I like to buy everything from Target, because we can get it, and when you need it, they can bring it directly to your car. You just need to order it and when is ready to pick up they let you know when is ready. I like the employees, because they are very friendly and helpful.

This is is one of the the worst Targets I have ever been to. It it is dirty and unoraganized. They barely have the products. They monitor everyone except for the the homeless people actively stealing in front of them. Customer service sucks on the phone e and in person. I sometimes feel like they are giving walmart a better name. I used to go to Target expecting a form of quality but I. The case of Azus; customers are only left wanting. I gave one star but would have given zero if the voting system let me.

No, madam, my card is not "the problem." Your recent system change without the accompanying employee training is "the problem."

This is a super Target that’s nice and clean. I always enjoy my time here. Lots of parking and local places to eat nearby.

Very disappointed my husband went to buy a charger for his phone and nobody helped him he was waiting for awhile whatever happened to good customer service.. he left without a charger that he needed he will never be going back again do better employees.

Where to begin? Sadly this store is a mess. Employees are anywhere from nice & helpful, to zombie like. Today the women's restroom is unusable (all 6 stalls)...weird white powder all over the floor, toilets backed up, and human feces on the floor! And no employees trying to clean it, or close it. More and more items are being locked up behind glass, however many cabinets do not have a "call" button, and there are no employees around. So you have to find someone in the store, to unlock things like men's underwear. Self checkout was down for months, now it's open usually. Way more items out of stock here, than other Targets in the area. The store has been impacted by the homeless population, and they are doing their best to deal with it. But over the years, the problems just keep getting worse. I hope management can get things under control.

Sheryl at the check stand is amazing!!! If it wasn't for her I would be in line for latterly 15 min. She works twice as fast as the others who don't care, In my opinion. I hesitate coming since they closed the self checkout because it takes so long to check out. But today I stood in the right line! Sheryl's line was just moving fast along! Give this girl a raise she was pleasant and didn't seem like she was under stress and I let her know I appreciate her. This girl hopefully one day can become a manager and hire check out people like herself! Thanks target for an amazing employee

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE By an employee named CRISTIAN that works at the customer service desk. I went in to return an item and Christian accused me of it not being the original item and of "switching it out". His supervisor James came and ended up assisting us. James pulled him aside, and we heard him telling Christian that he was actually wrong, and that the item did match and that we would be getting our refund. Thanks again for help James!

Love Target but this location has gone downhill quickly. I walked in around 5:15pm on a Tuesday and pressed the button for assistance in the deodorant area where items are locked behind doors. I waited along with a couple of other customers for about 10 minutes all the while seeing 1 or 2 employees zipping past. I asked the employees at the order pickup area for assistance, they told me only Guest Services has a key. I go to Guest Services, the line was longer than usual. Waited there another 10 minutes and still no assistance. Asked an employee by the self checkout area for assistance, she told me to go back to Guest Services. Aside from leaving without what I intended to purchase, all lanes were closed, and only self-checkout was available. It was like a ghost town in there and when I was lucky enough to find an employee, they either avoided eye contact, scurried away or just didn't care. Will be going another location going forward.

First i want to start off with Ricardo an online order associate was the one to help and i appreciate it. For this target i would say it is not worth coming here for basic necessities such as deodorant or body wash. You'll be waiting for someone to come open a lockup for about 20 minutes. Not only that but their self checkouts are usually closed causing an extra wait time and for the store to look completely unorganized. The store is dirty and has a bad smell in the bathrooms. Their Asset protection i feel doesnt do their job either considering theres alot of suspicious people that clearly are walking out with items which explains why everything is locked up. Take a little bit of a further drive to eastland center where its way better.
