They have a rat infestation problem. Waste management is right next door to them so at this point they say their is nothing they can do about it.

Great experience, Cathy in the office was very helpful!!
She's always friendly.
Unfortunately, this place has mice/rats.
I just moved out (8/31/24) and was rodent feces on a lot my items.
A neighbor, who was also moving out, said the rodents ate all the flesh off a deer head he had store!
The same neighbor also said his unit was broken into.
A theif also tried cutting my lock off, but came 1/8 inch short of getting completely through the lock!

I was sucked in with an online rate. Once moved in 3 months later received a 22% increase in rent then 3 months later received another increase of rent totaling almost 46% in one year. To top it off they make you buy insurance! During my stay they had a massive rat infestation which got into my unit and destroyed a lot of my things when I tried to talk to them about it they said it’s an outside insurance company and they don’t have anything to do with it. So I look at the paperwork they gave me and their “insurance” say they only cover 500 for rodent problems!!! Then why was I paying for 1,500 in coverage!! What a rip off!!! The worst scam ever never rent here!!!!
