Superstar team helped me with a situation this past weekend! Thank you Sol and the two gentlemen who helped me with orders that I was pulling for Instacart! I wasn't aware that I couldn't pay with a digital wallet for my order but the team helped me hold all items for the 2 orders! The store was packed and it was raining really hard adding to my delay on going back to pick up my physical card in San Dimas. When I got back to the store the tall man with glasses and braces brought back my order and pulled a fresh rotisserie chicken for the order for me while the cashier with the plaid and long ponytail rang me up. I appreciate the help from the staff members who all cheerfully made it happen. Working solo there isn't always team effort so I wanted to extend my gratitude with a review. On another note all hands on deck were actively keeping the store tidy as it was very hectic in there. I will see you all again sometime! Bless y'all! I have been to other stores, not Costco, where I left my cart down an isle with a note as I pulled other items and staff members had taken the entire cart after asking if they could hold it for me and they declined and then denied any staff member had taken it. I was so afraid of this happening again. Things happen but anyway thanks again so so much!!

I usually shop at San Dimas Costco, but today went to Azusa Costco and had the best time! Everything was clean, organized and love went fast. My FAVORITE part of my visit was ordering a hotdog and the kindest young man Jack made me feel so important, he took time out to ask me about my day, didn't get frustrated at my 6 questions and I laughed and laughed! He was so attentive and made me want to buy 100 hot dogs! You can't miss him! He's 6'8"... go look for him in the food court and you'll feel like family walking away!!!

This Costco is a joke. Completely unhelpful staff, extremely slow service, and frankly insultingly poorly maintained grounds and kiosks. Don't bother calling to order food, or calling to get help, they rarely answer and on the few times they do, they are insultingly dismissive of your needs. If this is the only Costco you have access to, cancel your membership and go to Sam's. This is easily the worst Costco I have ever been to.

My dad bought Premier Protein cafe latte drinks from here on Sunday and they taste horrible. If anyone bought these drinks with an expiration date of November 6 2024. Be AWARE

The biggest challenge this location faces are customers who cheat the rules and make it hard for everyone else (always the case). After numerous complaints, the gas lines are now manned all the time to prevent altercations. The store is very clean inside, the produce is generally good, and the selection is always as good as any other store. If you live in the area just be patient as it is often a madhouse. The staff does its best to deal with belligerent customers.

Rude customer service. I bring my elderly mother shopping. Since she can't drive. Never once have they told us we couldn't have 2 transactions. Today they did. We had to leave everything there. Beyond disgusting customer service. I was trying to buy her a winter coat for when she goes to her doctors appointments. How awful. Since I handle the finances I will be gladly canceling this membership and going to Sam's Club.

I worked in the front-end department during my seasonal tenure. It was a terrible experience. The supervisors would make you help out two cashiers at the same time, there is only one microwave to use, there is no complaint board, you have to tell supervisors that you are going to clock out, and you would have to clock in at the exact time. There's only one time clock machine. Also, you would have to tell the supervisors when you go to breaks and lunch, but being in the front end is different. You have to wait for the supervisor in charge of the floor to send someone to switch with you for your breaks and lunch, but most of the time you will need to tell the person yourself because they do not keep track of your schedule if you are seasonal. It is even worse if the supervisor in charge does not like you since they are capable of purposely messing up your lunch and breaks. Management is very messy and unprofessional. They need better training. The work environment is very chaotic and disorganized. I wouldn't recommend working in this location. Pros Most of the co-workers are friendly and every Wednesday there are snacks in the break room. Cons No free membership for seasonal employees and no benefits.

I love the food here. So basic but good. Got to try their mango shake. I always love chicken salad, chicken bake, and their hot dog combo. So good! Got chicken noodle soup and their sushi roll that are not bad

Always the best price in the area, always helpful if you ever need anything. My only complaint would be that people are not real smart when it comes to getting in line don't realize that they can use either side because the hoses are very long but, that's not a Costco fault that's a Customer fault

Food court is, as always, fantastic. The pizza is always delicious and tastes the way it should be. Not sure why the other costcos are sometimes using a different cheese and makes it taste different. Anyways, outstanding job foodcourt Crew. As for the warehouse, staff are helpful, and the area is always clean.. making the trip pleasant to shop.

This review is in regards to today's visit to this Costco in Azusa CA. I have been a Costco member for over 15 years, and visiting this Azusa store for over 10 years. We have spent thousands of dollars on gas and goods here over the years. Have you ever wondered what happens when you are at the store exit and the person checking your receipt finds a discrepancy? Well, they humiliate the customer of course! They hold up the long line of people waiting to leave, count and count and count the items in your cart over and over, while saying there is something in your cart that wasn't scanned and you didn't pay for. Then, they turn you around to walk back through all of the other customers that are staring at you like you are a shoplifter, back to a register and they call over the manager. The manager comes over and says nothing to us, I recognize her as the person that actually loaded our cart at the cash register. She and another person go through the receipt and items in the cart to determine what wasn't accounted for. Well, it seems the cashier neglected to scan one of the 2 bottles of vinegar we were buying. The manager fills out some form, turns and walks away. Not even a hint of an apology. We pay the $4.69 for the vinegar and proceed to leave.... again. So it was YOUR employee's error, but you choose to humiliate your customer in front of other customers. As we were leaving, the same lady was at the exit and she said she was sorry for the delay. The delay? I told her that she needs to tell her manager that it isn't right to make your customer feel like crap when it was their fault in the beginning. What I don't understand is that the vinegar was literally the last thing on the conveyor belt of items being checked out, how did he handle it but not scan it? This was a TERRIBLE customer service experience today. We are an interracial same sex couple, I'd hate to think that this was done on purpose.

Tried the mango smoothy today. One word "AWFUL". Not sure what the flavor is but it's not mango. Thick, baby food consistency that just happens to be icy and cold. This is a big NO for me. On the other hand, the cheese pizza was great

This is one of the better Costcos IMO. Food court had two machines that were broken but 4 of the machines still worked. The hotdog came with a canned soda instead of a refillable soda cup. The inside is pretty standard Costco overall. Didn't have to wait in line too long so that's good!
