ATM's outside spitting back attempted cash deposits in a sloppy way, not even sure you're getting your money back. Now there's a line inside with legitimately 20 people. No coffee. Tellers are friendly enough for sure but writing this to get the attention of management.

I am very pleased with the caring personnel at this Chase branch. A few months ago my father passed and Joei was so very helpful. Yes there are a few tellers causing long lines but it’s not as bad as the Wells Fargo up the street.Highly satisfied with the customer service.

The lady teller was acted/gesturing like a bitchy smart as when I tried depositing my checks. I told her I came in in person because before I deposited I can withdraw most of the cash next day so I came in person to verify. She went ahead and deposited it without inquiring because turns out she didn't know. Then after she talked her way out of her mistake and even got the gay guy next to her to side with her. I could've asked for the manager but I was afraid I won't be able to get anywhere with them because they seem Woke. I'm so furious right now because I have an appointment tomorrow to use some of that money and it turns out it won't be available for 2 days. It's a long story why it has to be done this way but the problem I have is she doesn't follow instructions and acted like she knew better. I was nice at first but now I'm close to switching banks after banking with a chase for more than 20 years.

I am very happy banking here. I am always treated with good customer service. I always get taken care of in a timely manner. I go in for several different services, and each time gets taken care of quickly and efficiently. ?

I'm legit not a one star review person, but man this sucks! Closing the (useless) location on Alosta in Azusa and having two tellers here most of the time... One complicated transaction and we all have to suffer. Most people going to the actual bank don't just need ATM services. Self-service is great, but as someone who is with the times- get more tellers.I had a very time-sensitive thing to do today and missed it because one woman was at the window yammering about paying her credit card and taking 400 years.Get some more tellers, get the pencil pushers off the desks and at least allow them to help the windows if needed.Yikes.

That's my bank cause Wells Fargo is so crooked and over draft fees are on purpose made to happen sometimes more than once a day

Had a horrible freeze on my account for a week and chase fraud department couldn't tell me anything but to just wait for the investigation to be over and I was so mad about that because I couldn't touch any of my money and i had bills to pay so I was super stressed but just today I got some good news thanks to Victor for calling everyday to find out any updates on my account and he tells me it's unfrozen! So I'm giving this branch 4 stars because of Victor assistant vice president for all the help he did for me. Thank you Victor.

Shout out to John B, the bank teller that made my day with his great customer service. I went in to withdraw 60 dollars in single bills for a graduation money lei I was planning to make for my son. He knew right away that I needed the single bills for a lei and made sure to give me crispy new singles to use! That extra touch was really nice and I definitely appreciated it! Thank you, John B!

Only has 2 people attending the line for deposits it's hard all the time expecting the service will take about 30 minutes of our time and no body do anything to fix that

Sweet baby and grown Jesus. Why, oh why, is this place so freaking slow?! I simply wanted to make a deposit, and it took over 20 minutes standing in line. ¡Es ridículo y absolutamente inaceptable!
