incredible fast service and excellent quality work. went to see kenny after 2 different local RV repair shops recommended him to replace laminated windows that had blown gasket, and he lived up to his reputation. highly recommended!

I called Kenny on a Wednesday evening, and he was able to order my replacement window and fit me in for installation by Friday afternoon. His quote was extremely reasonable and worth the drive to Azusa from the SFV. From the initial call, to the ordering of the part, to the scheduling of the appointment, communication was great throughout. I certainly don't wish a broken car window on anyone, but in case it happens, I would definitely recommend this shop to friends and family.

My first stop for a windshield replacement on my 2004 Chevy Suburban was a competitor of Brown's Mobile Auto Glass. For some reason they didn't want the business, so they sent me to Brown's and told me Kenny would take care of me.I drove to Kenny's shop, and he indeed replaced the windshield with the exact OEM product in less than one hour at a very fair price. While watching him at work, I could tell that Kenny had many years of experience and knew exactly what he was doing. Thanks again Kenny. I'm grateful for the quality work at a fair price, which is often hard to find these days.

My first question was can you get my windshield. He said no problem couple days max. Waited close to two weeks after giving a deposit for my new front windshield. When installation day arrived he delayed it saying he forgot to order some clips. I understood and decided to change my appt to another day. The new installation day came and he switched his story saying he was just charging me for labor and never ordered the windshield... talk about a waste of time!

Hey Kenny, my comment was truthful and honest. Your response was absolutely not true and shows your character. No threats were ever made to you or your family, that is an out right lie. In fact, I have the phone call recorded and I think the only honest thing you could do at this point is delete your response and remove your false accusations.

Great place to replace your glass I've been using Brown's for decades. They replace custom glass too, like on Cat Equipment, Backhoe's Loaders, Graders, and others stuff. It's alot cheaper than buying from the dealer, beleive me I know. Give Kenny a call he can help ya out with Great Service & Great Pricing.

I am writing this review here because the owner of this business has managed to have the first review removed on his Yelp page.Five stars, for immaculately manipulating Yelp and their customers!This is the second time I have posted this review. The first time I gave this business one star. This time I will give them five stars for being extraordinarily sneaky, deceptive, and conniving. I still give them one star for customer service. The first review was removed by Yelp, at the owners request, because I named the actual company (a competitor's business) that completed my repairs. I have removed the name of the company I used and the actual price I paid in order for Yelp to not remove a negative rating at the owners request.I initially contacted this company by using the "request a quote" feature that Yelp supplies at the vendors' request. To be fair, I did not have this company repair my vehicle because the quote that I received was extremely high compared to the other six quotes I received. I consider the "quote" process (business transaction with the company) to be the core of the consumer experience. After all, price determines the market. I politely ended my business with the company after receiving their quote. I did not solicit any information after receiving the quote and I wished the company's spokesperson a great day. The company's spokesperson decided to offer additional, unsolicited and unnecessary commentary to dignify the high prices he quoted to me by indicating all other companies could not do as good of a job as his company and he refused to fix another companies unsatisfactory work. My paraphrasing is possibly how the spokesperson should have responded, since he did feel the need to continue our business relationship.Now, I believe a company should be proud of their work and stand by their product. That is what good business people do. However, a company should not be overly cocky, demeaning to their customers, or attempt to manipulate consumers. This company quoted me a price of $220 to replace my windshield. This is 27% higher than the average of the six quotes I received and 37% higher than the company I selected to replace my windshield (all quotes were received via the Yelp "request a quote" link and all companies received my exact same request). This is the only company that provided less than professional commentary in response and did not provide a lower price when I politely informed their spokesperson that I received a lower price and to have a good day.My reason for sharing my experience with this business is to advise my fellow Yelpers (as so many have done for me) of the business interaction I had with this company. While I did not have this company repair my vehicle, I was his customer during the quotation process and I attempted to end the business relationship amicably. The business owner decided to continue the client/customer relationship in a manner that was unprofessional and in my opinion reflected negatively upon his business practices. I did not choose to continue the relationship. The spokesperson decided to continue the relationship. Because the spokesperson decided to "share his opinion" so freely, I felt it is my responsibility to share the business interaction with other yelpers. After all, it is only fair and exactly what Yelp is for. Also, just a reminder that his business seems to have all 5star reviews because Yelp removes any negative comments from their page.I attempted in the first post to provide a screenshot of the exact conversation I had with this business via Yelp. However, I was apparently defaming their stupendously amazing rating, so again Yelp removed the photo too.
