Store closed for business. I dont think a new location is opening in grass valley and Tmobile doesn't service Metro customers.

I lost my phone 8 days ago, and have insurance, but these folks REALLY don't know what they are doing. Sending verification codes to my old phone. went into store (for 3rd time), said I was "good to go". Just make sure, B-4 you leave, you check the service. Still no service on my new phone. PISSED. They don't answer phone. ONE employee per store.

I've enjoyed Metro by T-Mobile service for a number of years now and I wouldn't even think I'm switching because it's the best bang for your buck.... they offer a great service to the community and those will ask you don't want to have a regular type account.... prepaid or pay as you go works well for me... if you like prepaid then this is the place they have the best offer of any cell phone company that I have researched

I walk in the metro store Feb 12 after being a metro fan since 2011 serious I've never been treat at this metro store so awesome and greatest service and the lady that work there has a great smile and very awesome nice ways to make me smile ....I believe the metro people there should get double of o.t. they always so nice and the people always have great service and they always make me smile the manager I have to tell you you guys ...(rock with great service and great polite company service) I'll never be so nother phone company (Only metro) ...thank you guys with a smile and great polite and honest answer and honest polite people Seriously you guys rock :) (seriously) and now that'll be a metro fan I will stay a metro fan till the day I'll retire from work and seriously I've hear that they make me smile and laugh when they say if it was something I forgot that I knew That I could fix but they already know to fix the problem on my phone and they are in honest people about if they leave something there they see it and they honest and they wait until the people say did they return Because I had a friend from work who left her card at the store and the person was so worried about it and I would be too So she went back to the metro store and the person said did I leave a card there the person who work at the store said polite and said what's your name because some stores don't care there'll just give them the card ..anyways she said her name and he immediately gave her ...here it is her card and she was so happy and they were honest saved her card until she came right back Thank metro people for being honest and polite and savers you guys always save things who people left I've been so many phone store and nothing compares great service but you guys do
