We went to this store on grass valley highway this morning. The service was amazing. We needed to set up a new phone. Zach waited on us. He was great. He is a great employee and deserves a raise. I anticipated to not have a good experience and glad I was wrong. Thank you Zach.

I went in the store today 12/20/23 to get my old phone info transferred over to my new phone. A young lady(wish I got her name) sales rep was the only person in there and said she could do it for me. It took a little longer cause of my mess up trying to do it myself but she had a great personality and gave updates on it. Another person came in to buy a new phone and she was able to handle both instead of pushing mine to the side. She did a great job. I went back later cause I forgot the phones box and she greeted me saying did you forget this! I ended up needing a new charger so she helped me find the right one. I see some bad reviews on this store but this young lady did a great job! Thank you!

Verizon as a whole could have been much better. There was never (not once) a manager in the store, and although we were promised by Verizon more than once that the store manager would contact us, no manager ever called. What could’ve made my experience better is if Lacey was the manager, seeing as she was the only one showing up and not only doing her job, but doing it so well that she made a 2 hour store wait actually tolerable (for every customer waiting there). She made the old timers feel confident instead of discouraged and out of touch, and she multitasked like I’ve never seen. Lacey is a gem and Verizon is lucky to have her. How she is not receiving a manager salary for doing manager work and literally running that store is beyond me. We just switched to Verizon and had a pretty terrible experience from the beginning. If it wasn’t for Lacey, we would’ve 100% already left, as would most of the angry customers she had to deal with in the 4-5 times we’ve been in her store to deal with Verizon issues. That girl is a rockstar and she’s single handedly saving your customers. Encourage your employees to be more like Lacey and give that girl a raise!

Zack was FANTASTIC on October 10th. He is kind , interested & most helpful. I was trying to figure out a wrong done in the Rocklin store. I had returned there for correction & assistance but received a shrug of shoulders & brush off! The sales girl had even given me her home # but doesnt answer. Zack connected me directly to Sheila, a rep at corporate. She solved the issue but said I needed to return to the Rocklin store! I dread this. If only I had purchased the new plan & phone from Zack in Auburn!

Came in today to get new sim cards for two phones I bought directly from Google. There was only one person here and many customers were waiting. I asked how long I'd have to wait, and the lady said she didn't know. So I tried the other Verizon store in Auburn and had an even worse experience.

My husband and I were at your store around 10:30 this morning, Tues, Sept 26. We were immediately greeted by a female employee who said she would be with us soon. She was with another client and we understood she had to complete her business with her. Around twenty minutes later she informed us that another employee should be there any minute. He walked in at the same time, walked right by us without acknowledging us, went into the back of the store and came out a few minutes later. He sat at his desk, turned on his computer and got on his phone. Still not acknowledging that we were there. We waited another ten minutes or so and he never offered to help. So we left.
