Nobody ever answers the phone here. It says they're open online. Been calling since 10am. Its not a holiday and it's Tuesday. It's now past noon and nobody will answer still. When you try to leave a message it says mailbox is full. Guess I'm buying my new phone at Best Buy. ?♀️

Not coustmer friendly. I have been there multiple time for the same thing. Always short staffed. And they don't know what they are doing. I would suggest going to another T-mobile store.

We already had a contract with them. And we were upgrading our phones and plan. We went there at 1 PM and got out of there at 5 PM. That was completely ridiculous and should not take that long! T-Mobile needs to get it together : (

A couple of days ago we talked to Lilly & Kevin about different plans (very friendly and customer-focused) and decided to go with T-Mobile. Today we went in the store and Wayne took care of us. He made sure that everything worked. He answered our questions very patiently, even synced the new {FREE!} phones with our old phones. We kept our phone numbers as well and once we left the store we could immediately use the new phones flawlessly. Amazing service and truly outstanding customer service! Thank you!

Signed up for fixed wireless…didn’t work well and I cancelled my account and returned my equipment within the 15 day trial. They were supposed to credited me, but ended up billing me. They said because I closed out my account, they could not credit me. I was just following the service rep instructions…Very disappointed with T Mobile, I thought they were better than this.I wanted to add, the T Mobile store employee was very, very good. He knew his product and was helpful while purchasing the service. This poor review is towards T Mobile billing system and process. For example, for the two weeks I had the service, their website would not allow me to create an account…they said it was an issue with their site, but it wasn’t fixed in the two weeks. Their 14 day free return process is not clear with their service employees, I guess additional training is required.

Hit it just in time. Only 2 people to help customers, one knew everything and the other was in training or slow. It took me 45 min to get my services.

Their home internet router does not support port forwarding/IPV4 so if you want to play video games good luck. These reps gave bad information (not only about the home internet but also about moving lines from one account to another), didn't get back to me when they said they would look into it, and keep deflecting me to call customer support.Nice people. Not helpful.

Neither Phone or Home Internet work from my house and the tower is across the street. Hot Spot speed ridiculously slow 12GB vs 120 at a friends house. Wasted hours and hours and hours on the phone with overseas customer service with no improvement. Stuck with 2 yr contract. Beware and I have the best plan, Magenta Plus.

My iPhone died so I got help from these guys about the replacement process. Started using my old phone, but it was not receiving any text messages and after 2 days of that it was getting really frustrating. Wayne, the manager, has helped me before and is wicked smart. He redid a bunch of configurations and now my texts are working! Great to have someone this text savvy at your store in management!
