Every time that I need prescriptions filled, I am always treated with kindness, respect, and it’s completed ASAP. Pharmacist Jahnvi consistently maintains an organized, clean and efficient pharmacy. Additionally, the pharmacy technicians and their ability to deal with upset customers with kindness and grace is admirable.

I am sorry I need to write this review. This is the closest pharmacy for us and we shop often in Raleys. But this is the worst pharmacy in the area. Staff is often wrong and argumentative. They take forever to issue medication, they are often closed for no reason etc. I dont feel welcome here but like a burden.

It's a big modern grocery store and where I bought some things to take up to the mountains. It has just about everything, included prepared food and a little place to eat.

I'd give this pharmacy 0 stars if I could but NOT because of its staff. I truly think they are doing their best with what they are given. Pharmacy is busy and not easy work. Pay your technicians better and hire more staff Raleys! Techs nowadays make as much as fast food employees. And no I'm not a disgruntled employee...

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. I use them because it’s conveniently located on my way home to Foresthill. That’s the ONLY convenient thing about it. There is literally a problem every single time I try to refill my prescription. The staff is always extremely rude. My doctor called in my prescription on Friday, it is now Monday and it still isn’t filled. I am tired of the run around and rudeness of all of the staff at this pharmacy.

Horrible service. I would actually rate a negative number if given the chance. Said I would need to wait for 2 hours and I’m in the store waiting. No people are waiting for prescriptions. ?♀️

As someone who worked in pharmacy for nearly a decade, it's safe to say I understand the inner workings of how a pharmacy operates. You can't blame the pharmacy staff for technological errors, insurance issues or inconsistencies, legal requirements, manufacturing or supply chain issues, staffing (hours are allotted by corporate, and are minimal at best), etc. They have control over their customer service. My experiences with this location have been helpful, friendly, and efficient. They worked hard to ensure I get the best value for my money, advising me on different prices for different options of my prescribed medications. While they may not be the quickest and there may be a little wait when you call in or go in, I understand I'm not the only customer they're assisting. All in all, I have no complaints about this location nor the staff. Just be kind and patient and you'll get the same in return.

Solid grocery store with everything you could need. During my last two visits though, about half of the customers in the store weren't wearing masks at all. Completely understand it's tough to ask store employees to put themselves at risk by engaging maskless folks, but will look to shop elsewhere given this trend.

I wanted doughnuts. I came in with the intention of getting a singular doughnut and they could not deliver. I went back inside my car and cried for a solid 10 minutes because of this inconvenience. I hate Raley's.

Covid is rampaging our state. Raleys has signs up in the store that say "masks are required" but a quarter of their customers either have their noses uncovered or not wearing masks at all. And nobody says anything to them. Keep your customers safe!!!!

The clerks here are wonderful people. I'm writing because in the past few months I've increasingly noticed some customers wearing their masks beneath their noses. Two days ago there were at least three customers shopping sans masks. The security person at the door was nonexistent. And the sanitizer wipes were empty. What happened Raley's? Please recognize that we are in a pandemic. Take care of your employees and your customers. Until I hear of increased public health safety measures, I will not expose my family to these risks by shopping here.

I keep saying I will stop shopping at Raleys in Auburn since they've discontinued about 10 items I used to buy over the last year or so. I've put up with that since Raley's is the closest large grocery store near me (about 14 miles away). Now I have another reason. This is the second time I've purchased apples (Golden Delicious) that turn out to be so old I had to throw them away. Mealy doesn't do justice to the texture. They were terrible. I will now drive the extra five miles to Safeway.
