“Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. My doctor advised me to make an appointment online for any Quest location and it was really easy both times. You walk in, scan your ID and insurance card into the kiosk and your name pops up on a screen in the waiting room showing who’s next and how many people are currently being served. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes past my appointment time which is standard for any medical practice. The phlebotomists are all very sweet and it’s always been painless for me. There are a lot of phlebotomists in there so I think any previous reviews about a harsh or rude one is outdated. No problems thus far and look forward to my future blood work here.”
“The Staff here is the best. I recommend bringing a paper copy of your lab work if possible. My Dr office faxed the paperwork/orders and sometimes it can get lost. I now always bring my lab work orders with me to make check in faster and easier.Phlebotomist gets it right every time quick easy painless, staff has experience and it shows.
