I dont live here in Auburn but I do pass through to see relatives in Nevada City and about a year ago I went in to this store and was really impressed with deli, and everything else, but mostly by the well stocked shelves of nice bourbon's at reasonable prices. If you hit that store on the right day you can get hard to find bourbon's but they go fast!.One one of those days I saw the shelves were being stocked by employees whom as it turned out were the managers of the liqueur department and that would be Dave C. and I believe her name is Patty. I ended up learning from them that if you want something special they will actually keep an eye out and let you know if it comes in. And that actually happened the other day so thank you so much for the follow through and excellent customer service!

It's a little overpriced, but always clean and plenty of friendly staff. The selection of brands is slightly limited, but they have all the main ones and main food items. In-store sandwich shop, salad bar, and sushi. They also serve some pre-made items. I'd also add that they are entirely employee owed, which I greatly respect. If they had more competitive weekly deals/sales, I would give this 5 stars (similar to safeway's $5 fridays).

I love this place so much! I’ve grown up coming here, and have a ton of amazing memories! It’s been so nice seeing all the employees change over the years, along with the store, and products, and im so proud of the new remodels, it’s looking amazing! It’s a safe sweet shop, where you can trust a grandma and young child to run around, find some goodies, and create a beautiful day. Plus the costumer service is amazing! Love you guys, keep up the good work and God bless!

Found 3 different items that I could not find in my regular stores. Also, while shopping, I could hear store staff laughing and having fun! The store was super clean, well stocked, and beautiful. Prices were great! I will b going back! My checker was friendly and rechecked my eggs, found a broken one and had someone get me a new dozen! Excellent experience to say the least!

Big enough to have what you need and small enough to not overwhelm you with too many choices and impulse buys. The best lunch deal in town is their delicious custom sandwiches that include a drink. I love the great produce selection. Lots of organic veggies. Also, I love the vitamin selections (wish there was even more), floral and gift departments. Staff is always helpful and friendly, especially in the deli. Wish the meat department had a real meat counter and that they carried Mary's Chicken. The only real negative would be the annoying music they play at Holiday.

Having been shopping here for the last 6 years, I previously shopped here only when it wasn't convenient to travel to Bel Air in Auburn. Last week, I stopped at Bel Air and did some shopping but Bel Air was out of a couple items so I stopped at Holiday to finish up the shopping. While in Holiday, I decided to do some price comparisons and was shocked. The prices at Holiday were ALL lower than Bel Air by a significant margin. I've changed my shopping pattern and now stop at Holiday first and only other stores if there's something that Holiday doesn't carry or is out of stock.

The quality of the food is high , prices are somewhat high , however the staff is exceedingly rude and crabby , both times I have been there to check it out , I have had rude crabby deli and checkers treat me badly , if you enjoy Grumpy Cat harassing you while you shop this is the store for you . Other holiday markets I have been in are polite to customers . This location gets 2 stars for abusive customer service .

Great little market BEST decision to Move Holiday market to this location. Clean, with many more stocked items and very convenient close to home
