My Mother is a Client and numerous times she has tried to reach you. Since my Father died, she's had questions about the trust and then again when Prop 19 came up. She never heard back from you. Her confidence in your ability is unstable right now. I suggest an answering service if you don't staff your office or at least a part time legal secretary so you don't lose clients. Please put yourself in her shoes and imagine how it feels. She is not used to this kind of treatment Thank you.

Tony has handled our family trust, wills and estate documents in a timely and professional manner. Granted, since he is a small business, we had to wait a week to hear back from him, but when we did hear back, he had completed all our document changes as we requested, had the documents notarized and filed them as appropriate. Thank you, Tony! We could not be more pleased with your professional services.

I hired Tony to do my taxes for 2018. They were rejected by the IRS. I followed up with him with the first notice and he said it would be filed. Well, I’ve received a second notice that they still hadn’t been received. I spent an hour on hold with the IRS to which they told me what I’ve just written. I’ve tried to contact Tony to get this remedied, but no response to 3 phone calls and 1 email. I paid $300 for this service, and the unfortunate part is that he was referred by a friend. I will be contacting a lawyer. Covid is no excuse to ignore phone calls.

I have called Tony's office number four or five times in the last several months and neither he, nor anyone from his office, has ever returned my calls. I can't imagine doing business with an attorney this unprofessional; it really speaks IN ADVANCE to the quality of his work. No thanks!

Update on my review: 16060 The trustee has a duty to keep the beneficiaries of the trust reasonably informed of the trust and its administration. (Enacted by Stats. 1990, Ch. 79.) Tony Graupensperger did not follow his duties as per above to keep the beneficiaries informed during the time he was trustee. Due to his failure to provide information he did not allow us to find out that he had made horrendous arrangements that cost our family thousands of dollars at our expense. The final review is approved by the courts who are only looking for embezzlement or flagrant mismanagement after it is all done. He handled things as the trustee for the care of my Mother for about 3 years and never gave any accounting information requested several times until he disbursed after the fact. Tony is a reasonably good tax person but as a Trustee he didn't do a complete job and show his accounting during the time he had control of the funds. It's not his money so he didn't care how much he paid to get something done. If he was doing such a great job during his time as trustee it shouldn't have been such a big deal to provide the accounting information I requested before my Mother died. The final disbursement was all equal for all of the beneficiaries but the amounts would have been higher if we could have had knowledge to control the expenses along the way and made better arrangements.

Tony Graupensperger has been our family CPA for a number of years. He has handled our corporate details as well as our personal taxes and records. He is professional, knowledgeable and always available for questions. Occasionally I have had to wait for a return phone call, mostly during tax season. -That's totally understandable. I have and will continue to refer Tony to my clients. Thank you Tony for always being there for our family.

Hi Tony, I am compelled to write a response to Mary Szpara's intentions to hurt your business: as part of the the same inheritance handling, I think you did a great job! It was handled professionally, on time and and fairly. Some members of the Family wanted to get all they could but you put Dan and myself at ease along with other members. So again Tony, as I stated I couldn't retain your services because you NEVER returned ANY of my many messages! That would be the start of a client relationship, but couldn't be evacuated due to the lack of response from your office. I even stopped by during business hours and no one was in your office. I get you are a small business but you need to respond to requests for people to come in either you are not taking new clients or you are.. I had left messages regarding you also doing my own Trust, but no one is able to become your client without the courtesy of a response to dozens of phone messages. I don't just put bad reviews up. This was a very trying time for me as well as trying to make sure I could get my trust done but you and your office neglected to return messages plain and simple. Common Courtesy. Maybe you should reflect a bit and see if maybe you missed that opportunity to have me as a client.
