From the time I walked into the store to job completion, I couldn't have been more pleased. Joe was very helpful and was able to do a prompt estimate. He was responsive throughout the job. I was on a very tight timeline to get a complete house install directly after closing and before we moved in. The installation schedule was able to accommodate, and the guys doing the install couldn't have done a better, more professional job. I was very pleased. The plank vinyl throughout the house looked great. I have lots of weird corners, and they mastered them all to perfection. I would highly recommend Floortex Design when shopping for a new floor.

Have been trying to get price on products and it has been very difficult. Would be nice to know the price of the material so I would know if it is in my budget before I make a selection. Also had the measuring done and a week later still waiting for the information. Lack of communication and lack of up front cost of material is my biggest complaint. Going to look at other flooring places

They did an awesome job. Camron and Shane were amazing installers and Abbey was the only one who would do stairs and they turned out incredible. I highly recommend them. Joe was easy to work with and never made us feel pressured.

I asked if they had any "interesting" looking carpet at a really good price and oh boy did they have some cool carpet. I love it and the employee that helped me load it was a big big help. Would recommend this place big time.

I recommend Mike Hagan at Floortex Design Abbey Floors of Auburn. I own a busy real estate office and I had a very short timeframe to get it all done (move furniture, drywall texture, paint, new carpet). Mike came out the same afternoon that I called, brought me samples and got me on the schedule within the tight timeframe I needed. Floortex Design crew did a fantastic job. I am one happy customer.

I am so happy with my new floor! I expected a lot of disruption--moving everything around and having workers in my house for days--but everything went so smoothly! Bless Joe for a totally efficient ordering and scheduling process. Then, when the splendid job was done, I was actually sad to say goodbye to Cameron and Shane, who were punctual, hard-working, talented, and lots of fun to be around. Not interested in going outside of what there floor has to offer, hard to get orders on what you want even if they offer it in there sample books. I tried twice with two different salesmen.

I worked with Joe to install new carpet in our home. He was able to get us in quick and the install was perfect! We are so happy we used Abby carpet over Home Depot.

Mike did an excellent job for us as well as Avery and Jamie, the installers. We did have one slight hiccup and thought the job might be delayed however Mike did everything possible and we were able to make the date as contracted. They were professional and did a great job with installation and clean-up. Communication was great and we will be using Floortex again in the future!
