Went in today to get a pair of sneakers. The young man behind the counter NEVER left his counter. I found a pair of sneakers, paid for the ($100.00). He rang them up, handed me my receipt and said..."here you go..." I said, is that like thank you for shopping with us? 1000 yard stare. Liked the sneakers. Hated the customer service. Here you go? Seriously?

Employees are top notch. Super friendly & helpful. They just don't have a good enough selection for me. I mainly purchase men's athletics shoes & I'm never happy with what they have.

Went here, didn’t find what I wanted probably because of how terribly small they’re selection and how low their stock is. Plus the people that were working were no help and they were all flirting With each other. Don’t go here

I haven't found exactly what I'm looking for yet, but they do have quite a selection. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store is nice and clean.

I went in the store looked at sum shoes found sum said $60 when I got to the register they wrang up to $89 dollars so I ask if they can look were I got the shoe so we both walked back to see the price were the display of the shoe was and everything was in the wrong place so she changed the price right in front of me and said that a customer must have changed it but all the price tags were wrong were I found the shoe and I ask if could get a discount and she was not willing to take it down mind you I still bought the shoe because I shop for shoes there always . I was kinda disappointed ? about this

Friendly staff greeted me upon entering the store and asked if they could help me find something. Fairly decent selection of shoes at different price ranges. Staff reminded me of the savings on buying two sets of socks (2nd was 50% off) and being a Rewards member got me a 20% off coupon, extra points toward future coupons and a 90 day return window. Great experience!

Not enough choices. When I did find a pair of shoes I liked, they did not have my size. Found a pair I would settle for and still not my size. Customer service was ok. There were no other customers in the store. I used to see about 3-4 customers Everytime I went in. Haven't seen anybody shopping there the last few times I have gone in and I also walked out with no shoes. Need to do an undercover boss in this store!!

I initially went in to purchase women's house shoes but there was not a good selection. My husband needed sneakers and the selection was GREAT! The staff was helpful and friendly.
